Very expensive treatments. Minimal results from this doc are not worth the money. Office staff is pleasant, but inept. After screwing up my appointment time twice, another time having me wait because "there's a film crew in the office right now," and other times waiting up to 2 hours after my supposed appointment time before being treated, I am done. Looking for a dermatologist whose staff isn't so disrespectful of his patients' time.

I agree with Jason.  I think this office only wants to do cosmetic procedures.  They're not  interested in the health of your skin, only in the big profit services.   If you don't want to spend a lot on laser treatments, they treat you like garbage -- make you wait forever, see you for about 30 seconds, then dismiss you, whether you feel your're done or not.  I have never spent so much time waiting to see a doctor for such a short time -- and I've gone in three times, and had the same experience.  He chats and jokes within earshot while I sit waiting for my very late appointment -- he is arrogant and dismissive.  Completely infuriating.  Don't waste your time.

He's the best in the game.  Great at what he does, pleasant, knowledgeable-- and his staff is a lot of help and very personable.

He's a O.K. doctor with O.K. results, but where the hell is he? I think he treated me??? Some figure came in the room, I felt a sting.  This guy is arrogant and elusive during my 5 separate visits...enough already. I like to discuss my treatment and make a decision. He just does as he wants, doesn't discuss shit and leaves. Then, a passive nurse runs in behind him and offers you a .05 oz sample of Nutreogena...NO THANKS. The receptionist is unfriendly and the staff/ambiance is cold and strange...I tried.

I've seen Dr. Narurkar over the past couple of years and have always left satisfied with his professional demeanor, intelligence, access and performance of state-of-the-art medical procedures.  I've also seen Dr. Fields (they share an office) and am very satisfied with her.  He works wonders with the lasers and am really surprised with L.G.'s review as all of my appointments with him have been superb.

If you don't want to take my word for it, "google" the man and find out what he's done in the world of dermatology.  You will be impressed.  Besides, I'm a woman who repeatedly trusts my one and only face to this man, whether he is using a laser or a needle.  Need I say more?

P.S.  The office staff there is also top-notch : )

i'm not afraid of needles...  most of the time there is usually something good in them...and in the hands of a talented cosmetic dermatologist such as Vic Narurkar, you can be assured that your next Prick of Poison will end up with you looking fabulous instead of "deer in the headlights"
