Viany's Hair is the BOMB. I have unruly, curlywavyfrizzy hair (for reals, don't let the picture fool you, i'm a hot mess) but this woman has SKILLS.
She takes her time with your hair, get's to know how it breaks this way, or poufs up over there, and cuts it right... it takes awhile, so if you're looking for the supercut experience, then there's one a few doors down, but i will never get my hair cut or styled by anyone but Viany because she really knows what she's doing.
I give her five stars because no matter what is going on with my hair she has the answer.

I wish I could agree with the two other reviewers, but no-can-do. I went to Viany, thinking I was in good hands but boy was I wrong! I wanted a perm (more of a body wave) provided tons of pics, ran my mouth off about not wanting it too short, and to my avail... she chops it. My hair was below my bra line and is now to my armpit line? Thats a good FIVE inches. I thought I said I wanted it long? and if the curl makes it short then why cut it more? further, why didn't you stop cutting when I asked?! It seemed like she overwhelms herself with too many customers while trying to keep track of them all at once. I understand time is money but at least listen to a customer when she says she doesnt want her took-a-year-to-grow-out-to-the-length-she-wanted-i t hair, and STOP CUTTING IT. 100 friggin bucks for this butcher job. Thanks, but never again.
I don't know why I'm giving two stars. On second thought, I'm changing it to ONE simply because you can't put none.
Viany (the owner) is such a sweet lady! i always go there for haircuts, she styles and cuts it. i got highlights done there once, she doesnt use bleach, which is good cuz bleach damages ur hair, i would say that i was pretty satisfied. The only downside of going to her salon is the prices. i usually pay forty dollars for a regular haircut, the only difference between her and a cheaper salon is that she styles it.
