I was referred to Laura at Vertical Printing from a colleague of mine and was so pleased by how the whole process was handled. Laura is a professional in every sense of the word and helped me put together exactly what my client wanted. She answers emails completely and quickly, delivers exactly what she promises (and more, IMHO), and made me feel very comfortable in in control. I even learned a bit about the pre-process... not a bad thing for a designer to do.
I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought. I'm very happy to have someone relatively local that I can count on. Thanks Laura!

This may seem to good to be true but it's not! If Yelp had one extra star you could award per month, Vertical Printing & Graphics would get it from me!
The service at Vertical Printing & Graphics is outstanding! Laura, the owner, is so responsive, fast, and friendly. She designed and printed baby shower invitations for me and even though it wasn't a large job, she treated me like I was her best customer. In less than 24 hours, she sent me several different custom designs to choose from and was generous with her advice when I was vascillating between choices.
You can really tell the difference between working with a small, privately owned company versus a corporate machine like Kinko's. It makes a world of difference working with someone that is passionate about the business and also has a vested interest in their clients' satisfaction. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Our little girl's birthday invitations came out beautifully, and we were so shocked at how fast we were able to get them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You made me feel as though I was a good friend that you've known for years. Kaia loved you as well, which is usually a hard sell. My husband and I came out of your office smiling from ear to ear. I just can't say enough. I will definitely be coming back for future printing needs.
I need more than 6 stars Laura has duplicated herself with this incredible staff. The product is always on time and perfect. Her team continues to amaze me with therir creativety and Vertical always factors in pricing that is un beatable..so you are Vertical and not sideways.......Thanks Laura for such a consistently great product

Hmmm... all the reviews for this place sound the same... there's a reason. Awesome service and they get it done right, the first time. I called in as a first time customer not really knowing how things worked (i.e. what file types they need, etc.). Laura answered that call and my worries were over. She took care of everything. She called me to let me know that the front of my card (I was having postcards printed) did not have the same border as the back. We quickly fixed this and she had the cards ready for me within a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon! Thanks VPG

Vertical Printing.... Marketing EXPERTS... Laura (owner) exceeds expectations. I have worked with her since she opened (her first customer :) I searched high and low for someone who could guide me in my business (real estate) of marketing my listings and marketing myself. She's helped me in logo design, in color schemes, in property marketing, in business implementation. She's done my family's holiday cards.... Vertical Printing, with Laura Beulke as its backbone, is an amazing full service print and design company! They do everything from creation - logo's and designs - to completion - printing, addressing, mailing. I've worked with Laura since before VPG opened its doors almost 7 years ago and have always been happy with the product I've received. I've gone to her for everything from business cards for myself, my husband as well as our coworkers to birthday invitations for our children, holiday cards, programs for a graduation, labels, books and numerous other projects. All of which VPG turned out quickly and efficiently as well as a great looking finished product!
