We went here with low expectations, as Verizon customer service has been steadily declining over the last couple of years. HOWEVER, a young man named Edving helped us and delivered exemplary customer service in a time when decent customer service anywhere is hard to come by. He was understanding, personable, friendly and attentive. A really nice guy. Is there a way I could give this store, and Edving in particular, 10 stars? Wish I could, but since I can't I'll give it the maximum! :)

The people that work here are awesome!  My hubby and I chose to change our carrier a couple of weeks ago, and we decided on Verizon.  I was going to just order everything online, but hubby reminded me that there was a Verizon store over by Costco, so we got in the car and ventured over there.  Geronimo (oh I hope that is his name) helped us and was incredible.  We got the best deal on both of our Blackberry Pearl's and a new aircard for my laptop so that I can use it when on the train, as well as a very nice discount on the accessories we bought (cuz, hey, what's a new toy without new gadgets??).  While we were waiting to get our new phones activated with our current numbers, he was even kind enough to let our dog hang out in the store with us.  It was one of those yucky, windy days and she was so cold sitting outside waiting for us!  

I highly recommend this particular store.  There were plenty of people working the day we went in and I didn't see anyone having to wait long at all for help.  Friendly staff, too.

This store seems always busy, I usually have gone afterwork and on the weekends.  I once did go during the day, on a work day and the manager helped me, my phone konked out, he got me a great deal for a new phone and plan but whenever I go in afterwork and on the weekends, it's way busy.  At least 2-3 sales people working.  In the same shopping center as Costco.
