Verber Family Dentistry

I was recommended to Verber by one of their hygienists. It was my first time there and both hygienist and dentist were nice and gentle with my sensitive teeth. I'm not sure of the pricing, but it's hard to find good dental work for a cheap price I guess.
If you don't have your own dental insurance they offer their own as well and I'd say it's priced pretty decent. $245 for the HH and you can add additional members. This includes 2 cleanings and fluoride treatments, 1 x-ray a year, and some type of special x-ray at 3 years. Child plans are also available.
So far this has been a good place to go. I think they may have given me TMJ though, so just watch how long your mouth stays open.

Went there from the recommendation of one of their existing clients. They estimated the cost for extraction and then get a surprise charge of $150 more. Then get a bill a month later for additional $114 due. They charged a limited oral evaluation two times (Once at their office and then their specialty office) which I was never told about. I called to discuss and they said that is the correct charges. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend them to anyone.

First time to the dentist in a very (very) long time. My wait once I got there was....wait there was not one!!!!!! (Is that even possible). The receptionist was very nice. My dental technician (that's what they are called in the Navy, is it the same in real life?) Ashley was super pleasant. The Dr was nice as well. Nobody tried to sell me a bunch of stuff either. I would go back....well in six months. They have a nice view too.
Since I was a brand new patient I had to wait a while for an appt.

I've always been afraid of the dentist but this place made me feel a little better about it. I was scheduled to go in on a Wednesday but after calling and explaining my issues, the on-call dentist asked me to go in the next morning. I got there when they opened and was able to be seen that day, minutes after arriving. The front desk was helpful. The dentist and her assistant were great. They took X-rays, explained everything, prescribed me antibiotics and referred me to an oral surgeon, which I was able to consult with the next day. They did all of this so fluently and in an organized manner. Was a pleasant experience, thank you!

OUTSTANDING! They are always prompt and very courteous. I never wait in the waiting room or in the chair more than a couple minutes. I would highly recommend Verber Family Dentistry.

I bring my kids here - large, clean waiting room. Check-in/check-out desk is also fairly large and several people are there to help you. The building was renovated a few years ago, and the views from the building are spectacular! Definitely will take your mind off the drilling and poking that may occur in your appointment. All the staff are very pleasant and cheerful - my kids love the place. Dr. Kim Alfano is excellent! Only ding is that the parking lot is very tight...

I have been searching for over a year for an outstanding, customer service oriented family dentist. I had to travel all the way from Carlisle to find them. Dr. Katelyn Hanner and her staff came VERY highly recommended and now I see why.

From the moment that I walked in the door until the moment I walked out, every single staff member was an extraordinary example of extravagant hospitality.
Claudette performed the most thorough cleaning and inspection that I have ever experienced.

Dr. Hanner took the time to explain everything she saw and did not try to oversell unnecessary services. What a breath of fresh air!

In the beginning was very happy with cleanings and the dentist. I explained needing to replace broken cap on tooth next to my front one. She explained it would be best to replace the front cap also so they would "match". They screwed up the color three times. Dentist went out on maternity and I was placed with another dentist there. This being my front tooth- it's kind of important to have it match. They were literally going to take the cap off again before I was able to speak to the actual person who was making it and I refused. When the woman from lab came in I asked if she was confident she could fix the issue and she said she was NOT. I do appreciate her honesty however the dentist then said "well sometimes these things happen". While I was refunded what I paid it doesn't change the fact I can never smile showing my teeth as a result of their neglect. I reached out to Michael Verber and never received any response which speaks volumes to me.

If I could give Verber 0 stars, I would. I went there for the past 2-years for routine dental work. Every visit was worse than the last probably because they try to treat as many people, as quick as possible, providing a horrendous quality of service to each patron.

Recently, I had a cavity filled there. They mistakenly hit a nerve which resulted in two more visits, constant pain, and no relief. The constant issue created an infection and I thought it best I take my business to another local dentist since they couldn't fix their mistake. In one visit, at the another Camp Hill dentist, I was back to normal.

While their facility is beautiful, their quality of service is disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Beware!
