One of my favorite dessert places. Love their tiramisu as well as their strawberry shortcake. It's been around forever for a reason, I guess. It can get pretty crowded here on the weekends, and the service is only so-so, but then again, you don't really come here for that.
Also, I enjoy watching myself as I use the bathroom. ;)
Forgot to yelp about Veniero, here's my long-overdue review. This place is a hit-or-miss, I've had both unimpressive cakes (skip pasticciotto!) and pretty awesome cakes(especially chocolate kinds). The ambiance is old school and European, and overall I'd say this is a waaaay better alternative to the infamous Ferrara in Little Italy.
Most people seem to love cannoli, but I'm not a fan of this famous Italian dessert because I find them too sweet and heavy, and a bit bland. When it comes to Italian desserts, I'd only go for gelati, spumoni, tiramisu, fruits tarts, lobster tail/sfogliatella, zabaglione, profiterole, cheesecake, or chocolate-based cakes. I'm biased because I don't like cannoli, pasticciotti, panettone, baba rum, biscotti, torrone, zeppole, or any Italian almond-based cookies. I've tried liking them but I still haven't had any that made me change my mind. I've had the authentic pasticciotti in Lecce too, but I never understood what's so special about it.
Here's what I've tried so far:
1)millefoglie - ok, not amazing I prefer Cha-An's mille feuille...waaaay better!!!
2)pasticciotto - I tried it after my return from Puglia hoping that there's more to it, but no, I still didn't like it. Too sweet, too dense and flavorless. After I had my first bite, I remembered I didn't like it. And I don't know why I still finished it anyway....*sigh* This is why I'm fat.
3)fruit tart - So-so. Most average American will likely approve this, but I had way better ones at La Bergamote and Ceci-Cela.
4)chocolate molten lava cake - probably the best thing I've had here so far. Very chocolatey and delicious! But this isn't exactly a typical Italian dessert, is it??
5) cheesecake - If you like Juniors, you'll like this. Rich, sweet, and heavy. But I prefer cheesecakes from Japanese pastry shops....they are less sweet and light.
6)espresso - Pretty good. Well, it better be!
Note- Don't come here on weekend nights! Expect a long wait!
"Oooo, let's do potluck!!"
This was my go-to spot for those awful office "everyone brings something" functions. I cook, yes, but not for an office function. Because of this, I've tried a ton of Veniero's pastries and loved most. My favorites are their mini cannolis and any variety of cheesecake. So good.
For after dinner dessert on a date it's not particularly romantic, but it's cute, quaint and authentic and your date will likely fall in love with you after mistaking the experience for a visit to meet the family.
Great place to re-fuel with something mildly sweet and coffee.
After eating at Katz we walked around LES to burn off the pastrami, we finally had enough room in our stomachs for something sweet. We picked this place due to the history (as it's been in business since 1894). The front counter is hectic and should only be used if you have an order to go. We needed a place to sit so we went to the dine in area behind the counter. They have a full pastry menu and coffee bar. The only complaint I have is that the pastries were not SWEET enough. We had the scillian cheesecake, strawberry millefoglie and the windmill. All were ok NOT great...but because of the atmosphere, hazelnut coffee and location I threw in the extra star.
Veniero's is filled with a blend of tourists and locals, pretty much like any other somewhat historic New York Italian bakery. This place is where Blue Eyes himself fulfilled his sweet tooth. The cannolis are good, but not great. The chocolate dipped ones are a cut above the rest, but not worth the wait in line. Buy something else. You'll get faster service probably if you sit down and eat there. Expect a long wait if you take a number at the counter.
Very tasty cheesecake. I've never eaten dinner here, only had desert. There can be quite a wait during in the evenings. So grab a number quickly and then check out what is in the display cases. The cheesecake is very good and has a strong cheese taste to it more so than Junior's.
They also have a huge selection of pastries and other deserts. This is more than a pastry shop, it is a full fledged bakery with all the necessary items available. Interestingly enough there is no black and white cookie.
I prefer Junior's cheesecake to Veniero's not to say that Veniero's cheesecake is bad in any way.
My cousin insisted we stop here for a dessert quickie even tho I was already about to explode from the eating rampage for lunch.
We ordered the tiramisu and the strawberry NY cheesecake.Tiramisu was ok, nothing too special and memorable. I've had better at other places where the cake was more fresh and moist. The NY cheesecake had a really strong cheese flavor. I prefer the sweeter cheesecakes.
On the upside, the portions are HUGE, prices are cheap, and a huge selection of other types of cakes and pastries. Cute atmosphere to come and chit chat with friends!
I will always give extra stars for old school or any part of New York City that has history and so Veniero's gets 4 stars.
Places where you can sit down, have an espresso and real pastry or cookies and gelato or italian ices are dwindling, and while Starbucks certainly serve a purpose (bathrooms and a place to sit with your laptop), they do not provide a nice place to sit and have coffee and dessert.
Places like Veniero's are as much a part of New York as the landmarks on the postcards and tshirts, and I really enjoyed everything we ate. Anyone who thinks its overrated is probably just reviewing the pastries themselves, in a vaccuum, and I dont disagree-- they're not the best I ever had. But they are really good, and if you add in the environment, the style, the history, and you've got yourself a 4 star pastry shop.
It's a tooth fairy's dream depot...
This is one of my favorite spots in New York when it comes to desserts. They have a large, full menu of freshly homemade desserts from cannoli to cheesecake to gelato all with a crisp Italian flair. Several of my out-of-town visitors have fallen in love with the cheesecake -- this is a MUST at Veniero's. The prices are great for Manhattan with a fun atmosphere for those dining in.
If I had to limit my review of Veniero's to two words, I would choose "cake heaven." Veniero's is a full bakery, offering every kind of treat one normally expects to find at a bakery, but its specialty is cakes. This is the place to go in New York City if you need a special cake for a special occasion. I like to buy the strawberry shortcake for friends' birthdays. Veniero's will add a custom frosting message on the top of the cake for free.
When I'm in the mood to treat myself, I get a slice of the mocha espresso cake. It's a chocolate sponge cake soaked in espresso and topped with a cream frosting with chocolate shavings and mocha bean crunchies. It is unbelievably delicious!
Credit cards accepted.
Great atmosphere, food, service (even though it always looks kinda hectic when you first walk in).
I like coming here after spending an afternoon at all of the consignment shops in the area.
Lost a star for not having black and white cookies! Bah.
I buy Tiramisu cakes from here for Special Occasions, also the cannolis are really superb. I would come here more often but I am watching my weight.. All of the cakes and pastries look so good. Very nice shop, people who work there are nice and very helpful.. very old school Ny atmosphere. I love that because you can rarely find a place like this in NYC these days.
I have two favorite pastry shops in NYC. This is one of them. Ever since I was a kid, and probably from even before, my family used to always go to venieros to buy birthday cakes. The have intricate, coloful, fresh pastries topped with fruit that could satisfy anyones sweet tooth. Yummy canolis and elephant ears and the like are all on display here. Take a number or sit down! There's really no attitude here I just had to inject some action.
Sure its pricey, but you very well know that sometimes you want to splurge. And why not splurge on something tasty that has been perfected over and over for more than 110 years. How many fooderies can you think of that have survived in NYC or anywhere for that matter that long? They must be doing something right. With inflation these deserts would probably be 1 million dollars each! Think of the bargain you're getting ;)
Coffees are just as good, don't pass that off as just foam and beans.
*****5 stars - I'm stingy with these fives so it must mean I care about these guys. Here's the physical example of Unique New York. Try saying that 5 times fast with your face stuffed with Canoli. I dare you. :)
The food here is fantastic and brings me back to my childhood. The white pastry boxes and the wonderful pastries are a delight every time. The ricotta interior of the cannolis are nice and soft, although perhaps not as wonderful as those you can get on Arthur Avenue.
The service left something to be desired. As I got take out, she seemed so disinterested in her job and in helping me select items. I was kind of appalled by that.
Glad that they have zuppa inglese there. I haven't had that since I've been to Italy.
A good location to go to after shopping at the Strand.
I do love chocolate.
The generous servings, decent prices, and NICE presentation made this the perfect end to an evening of dining and drinking in the neighborhood.
Keeping up with the drinking theme, I ordered the black forest cake. Rum soaked and studded with drunken cherries, it was certainly good, but not the best ever. It was a bit dry for a soaked cake, perhaps because it was late in the evening. The offerings of spiked coffee drinks was a nice complement to the chocolaty goodness, but I wanted my moisture from the pastry!
They also were out of two items that our party wanted, and apparently they were out of the same menu items during the ladies' last visit. I know that predicting popularity and keeping bakery items fresh is quite a challenge. Still, my table mates were disappointed!
I am planning to return with my family to sample a broader range of the goodies. The cannoli and pinoli are are the list of things I must try. They looked scrumptious, as did most of the items in the display case.
Great coffee and amazing desserts, what more could you ask for? Well, maybe less of a wait in the evenings, but hey, when it's good, it's good. If you are headed here for take out, immediately get a number and then start browsing. If you want a table, push your way past the first room and into the back where someone will seat you, if you're lucky.
The New York Cheesecake is probably the city's best.
Veneiro's Pastry Shop

Veneiro's Pastry Shop, a relic of Italian cafe's past, founded in 1894 over 115 years ago here in East Village, would become our 7th food item on our hitlist today. It was approximately 2:55pm and 3 hours into our food binging New York experiment.
Inside, the dimly lit pastry shop showcased its pastry goodies from homemade cannoli to cheesecakes to pignoli cookies, tiramisus, specialty cakes and carrot cakes, this place is dessert paradise.
The girl behind the counter was courteous and kind, giving us suggestions and various tips on what to get. I was cautious but my friends must have been under a spell.
We had a delicious cannoli topped with green colored pistachios, a perfect creamy cheesecake topped with strawberries, and a heavenly raspberry mousse tart /cake. All were scrumptious and savory morsels of Italian pastries.
I decided to ring in my bday with a midnight indulgence. I set off for provisions. Not ice cream, not a cookie. Not a cake, nor even a cupcake. I would do it up with a classic Viniero's cannoli....dipped in chocolate. I've tried a couple of their other items, and I love that you can order by picture off the menu.
After a brief wait, I got what I wanted (and a mini chocolate cannoli for research...good, but I prefer the vanilla creme).
Happy birthday to me.
One of my long standing addictions. Venieros has etched palpable visions of fresh glazed berries piled high on one creamy plateau after another. A first and last stop upon my visit to the city, even if that visit lasts 6 years.
I strongly recommend the ricotta cheesecake and the pignolis for a traditional taste of the old country.
This place holds memories for my boyfriend and I. After we had just met, our mutual friend took us to Veniero's for cheesecake. I wasn't too excited about the cheesecake but then I discovered the cannoli. I heart cannolli. They are open pretty late so you have time to eat dinner at 9 pm then stroll over here for dessert. My boyfriend and I have been back here and taken friends here over the years.
I don't know why but I wasn't impressed by their pastries at all! I was actually a little disappointed. We got a cannoli and since they had run out of everything else, we got their vanilla and chocolate cannoli. It came with these green sprinkles on top which looked really gross. It tasted like... almost nothing but it had the texture of nuts? (see my picture)
The outside of the cannoli was super soft and not at all crunchy. My friend and I had never had cannoli's so we actually googled cannoli to see if it was supposed to have a flakey and crispy crust. (And yes they're supposed to)
So we actually traded the cannoli for a fruit pastry which was better. I mean the fruit was good but the crust was really hard (to the point where when our forks when down on it with force, a piece went flying across the room.)
Their iced espresso was pretty good, since it had gelatto at the top. Their famous strawberry cheesecake was pretty good, but I'm not a cheesecake person so I guess I shouldn't be the best judge.
I'm giving it 2 stars because our waiter was pretty informative and he let us trade the gross cannoli for the fruit tart without trading. Also my regular cappucino was really good. I can also see why people like their cheesecakes so much, but the best part about it for me was the strawberry (and not the cheesecake?)
Chances are you'll have to wait, just be sure to grab a number.
2 mini cannoli (enough for 2 people, you fatties) = $2.19. Beautiful.
You ain't been to New York Till you havebeen here a "lobster tail" Cannolis and tarts for years Just get a box and fill it up with one of everything. I have some of the best memories with my uncle rudy and this place!! Shutta youra moutha anda eat!! and then he would say u too skinny and bonze ..
******* Well, I don't want to get too carried away, but this place is great!! 8 years ago a friend brought a Baba Rum pastry back from New York for me and I was HOOKED! Though I never found out from him where he got it, and he is now passed. I diligently searched and on my second trip I found it! HUZZAH! Or something like that....
Anyway, one of the main reasons that I am now in love with this place is the Cheesecake! Of course everyone has opinions. Some friends were strong willed about going to Carnegie's for lunch and Cheesecake....ehh....I've had better, and I personally think that Carnegie's has slipped a little (at least from my personal scale). The thing about the Cheesecake is that, I love it, but it doesn't always love me! (and I usually have an IRON stomach, we won't talk about some of the things I'm willing to eat!) Cheesecake is often heavy and stiff, theirs is INCREDIBLY light and fluffy! So much so that after I finished my piece I offered to help my wife with her's! Of course she declined my services....
Go get some great cheesecake and pastries!!!
I must say, these are the best Italian pastries I've had in NYC. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THE PIGNOLES HERE! The best I've had, those crunchy on the outside, but not terribly so, then sweet almondy chewy goodness in the middle... droool with pine nuts on top, YUM!
My friends also got me a beautiful and delicious strawberry short cake with whipped icing, it was FANTASTIC.
I've also tried the lobster tails (YUMMMMMY) and a few of their fruit tart pastries, all of which I give to full cheeks (in both senses! :) cause I'm stuffing my face and packing them in!
Love you Veniero's and so does the booty! Haha!
Enjoy! Graze!
Note, that this review is based on cannolis only!!!
Veniero's is an institution, and has been serving Italian cakes, cheesecakes, biscotti, pastries, etc., since 1894. The only reason I discovered Veniero's was because my friend bought these tasty baked goodies to share before the big girls night out for my friend, Candice's bachelorette party.
As someone with a severe sweet tooth and absolutely hearts cannolis, this was absolutely outstanding! Take a look at how lovely these creamy, flakey sweets are http://static.px.yelp....
The crust was baked to perfection, with an outstanding flake factor. The cream filling is made out of real marsalla whipped cream and all I have to say is "OH MYLANTA!" I tried to be good and not eat the entire box, but settled on only eating two for the entire evening! I must admit that these cannolis are as good as Mike's Pastry in Beantown (one of my loves).
I look forward to physically going to the shop and trying more cakes and pastries from Veniero's. This will now be a "must-do" for me whenever I'm in NYC!
I dreamt of this place and in my dream, I had the WHOLE cake to myself!
We came into this neighborhood to drop a friend off and to reward us for the ride, he introduce us to his childhood bakery. "No bid deal" I thought. Just another regular Mike's pastry of some sort, Boston has it too, "Big whop". We ordered some cannoli, éclair and rum cake to go while the friend ordered a sliver of the Italian cheesecake.
Sat in the car and the friend made me try a fork fill of the Italian cheesecake. MY GAWD, the best thing to have pass these lips EVA! When my tongue touches this rich ricotta concoction, it absolutely melts in my mouth. It's like sweet crack as I maneuver around the driver seat to reach to the back seat for another fork filled, and another, and another, and another.. until he declared it was ALL GONE. Woes as me as I have to track all the way back to NYC just for several more fork filled of bliss.
I contemplate on ordering the whole 7 inch cake online for a mere $15 but.....that would be gluttony, right????
My usual is the chocolate banana strawberry shortcake because it includes some of my fav ingredients. Only complaint is that they are not generous with the fruit inside :) Oh, and if I could make another wish, I'd wish the shortcake had a more chocolately flavor.
Having said that, I ordered the chocolate truffle cake for my husband's bday dinner party and it was a hit! I knew the combination of rich swiss chocolate and raspberry preserve would be delish cuz it's one of my fav truffle flavors :)
Thank you Veniero's for your large selection of cakes, freshly made (every day) and very reasonably priced!!! I know because I prob ran to at least 8 different dessert places...ugh :)
If you've ever wondered what it would be like for your eyes, nose and mouth to have a menage a trois, this is the place to find out. For starters, upon entering this quaint confectioner's shop you'll be instantly bowled over by the sheer amount of tasty pastry waiting for you. It's a venerable establishment worthy of all the praise I can heap upon it. I've heard it's a bad idea to go here high as a kite after consuming 8 too many drinks, because the odds are you'll end up ordering WAY more than you'll ever finish.
Be sure to get a table, because I don't know how anyone could walk in here, place a massive order of delectable desserts and just walk home carrying it. I want to smash through the glass cases everytime I enter just so I don't have to wait to gorge myself Augustus Gloop style. A table will prevent you from staring all of the food in the face, thus preventing a potential sugar coma. Plus, now you can relax and enjoy an Irish coffee. Win-win!
The service here is good, thogh there's not much for them to do. You order pastries & drinks, they bring them. Simple. I have a tendency to order way more than I can eat, so I recommend trying your best to limit yourself to no more than 4 or 5 selections. Shit, even that sounds like a lot. No biggie, though; I'm no fat ass and walking around NYC will burn off most of what you've devoured.
Everyone has a preference for sweets, so I won't say you should order one thing any more than another. Well, aside from the fact that you absolutely must order cannolis. Get the plain classic, none of that chocolate horseshit, just a regular cannoli. They are so savory that you'll swear Jesus is squeezing the essence of the Virgin Mary into your mouth. If there is a heaven, the seas would be composed of ricotta. Cue Homer Simpson-esque drool.
Pricing is totally reasonable, unless you order like a pig, which I do, in which case it'll be a little pricey for a dessert, but well worth every penny. At the least I guarantee you'll leave 100% satisifed. Now just get your ass walking in an attempt to burn off the extra 2700 calories you just consumed.
Damned good cannolis and éclairs. Their variegated fruit tarts and chocolate strawberry and banana cakes are excellent choices as well.
Pricey, yes. But Veniero's has such tasty pastries that you can't help but revel in avaricious and guilty delight when the cream of heaven starts slithering down your tongue.
Those of you on a diet, beware. The next time you weigh yourself the numbers on your scale may be exponentially higher than what you're used to seeing.
Went again with a friend...
This place seems to be going down the drain every time i go in it or walk past it.
I had there new blueberry pie, I can tell you how to make it at home in a few steps will taste exactly the same.
Make some bluberry JELLO
Find some baking soda.
Put a spoon full of baking in your mouth followed by a 1/3 spoon of JELLO.
Ta da you just saved your self 4.75 per slice.
The Black forest cake was good well way better then the pie.
The bill was 10.01.
1) the waitress never refilled the water.
2) the rush rush order attitude is not nice
3) The wait forever and half for the bill to come around - um NO
Had to walk up to the register and get my own receipt and get back 99 cents back WT* you cant let one cent slide. Had to walk around with so much change,
The bad service
The bad pie
The cant let one cent slide
All that equals no tip and bad review and makes me wonder if there is a next time.

I haven't been to Veniero's in 15 years until now but they are still going strong and still have so many tempting looking authentic Italian pastries and desserts to try. Their pignoli cookies with pine nuts were awesome - perfect solid texture on the outside and then you bite into a nice chewy middle that has perfect taste of almond and pinenut flavor. $16 a pound?! Yeah, they're absolutely worth it.
Bottom line: If I had an Italian mama, I would imagine the pastries and cookies from Veniero's would be just like mama used to make.
This place is way over rated,
I only order from here because it is the only O K Italian Bakery in that part of Town, recently I placed a large order for a client for delivery and the driver left the pastries with security.....does not make sense, I asked the bakery if they could pick up the pastries and they told me I would have to pay an additional $20 for a redelivery, so the end result is the pastries will sit there with security over night and get thrown in the garbage along with the money that I have spent on trying to send my client a special treat. If anyone can recommend a good bakery in the area with good customer service let me know.
I would never treat clients the way they treated me today.
Strawberry Shortcake...this is where you get it!
When I want to make my mom happy, I go to Veniero's, I grab a number and I wait my turn. Then I ask for an eclair or two or five. This place is a gem...The pastries are always fresh and they have all sorts of stuff, including one of my favorites, which I cant really spell or pronounce.
I dont have to, I just point like a little kid and giggle when they say its name...
That right there on the bottom right...

This place really is as good as everyone says it is, and the prices were a bit less than I expected for such a highly reputed Italian bakery in the East Village.
After a short week of work and a TGI-Thursday-feeling before the long Fourth of July weekend, I wandered around the East Village while waiting for my friend for dinner. What to do to kill time in New York City? If you are me, you will go to the nearest yum-yum bakery and buy more desserts than you originally had thought you would and forget that you were even waiting for your friend.
I went in thinking I would just get a cannoli and maybe a piece of tiramisu. Once I walked in and couldn't stop oogling over how many different types of dessert I could get, I ended up walking out with a cannoli. No, sorry - I meant three -- two regulars with ricotta filling and one with chocolate ricotta filling. And a piece of tiramisu. Oh, and two eclairs. Oh, what joy!!
I was a good friend, though, and shared all my goodies after we ate dinner. Usually I am not a big fan of already filled cannoli, but these somehow were still crisp and flaky as though they had just been filled minutes before. They must be cannoli geniuses. The cannoli filling for both the chocolate and the regular ricotta were soo satisfying. The chocolate one had just enough chocolatey taste so that the ricotta cheese flavor still came through. And I love their mini sizes!
The tiramisu had a really strong rum flavor to it, maybe a little more than I would have liked, but still incredibly good with a really light texture. The eclairs were itty bitty and delicious.
The pastry shop itself is really cute, very old-fashioned and would seem to be a nice place to have coffee and dessert with friends. I was lucky and came at a time when I had no wait, and the guy behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Veniero's Pastry Shop is an authentic Italian cafe that has been around since 1894. The old-world decor takes you back to the Manhattan of yesteryear. Picture marble flooring, wood paneled walls with large antique mirrors, and quaint metallic tables. Though this bakery would be a more appropriate fit amongst the Italian delicacies of Little Italy, the East Village location provides partiers with a way to satisfy their late-night sugar cravings.
Dessert fiends will be teased by the massive display cases fully stocked with cannolis, pastries, pignoli cookies, and more. A neighboring dining area allows patrons to linger over steaming cups of coffee.
Though we had already completed a large dinner, my friend and I could not pass up a chance to grab dessert at Veniero's. We delighted ourselves with the Chocolate Mousse Cake and Melon Gelato. The Italian ice cream contained more of a milky flavor and just a mild melon essence. I prefer my fruity desserts to taste more like a ripe bite of fresh fruit. The cake, however, was full of rich, creamy fudge and a hint of rum. The texture was dense, yet melted in our mouths. After satisfying my sweet tooth and completely maxing out my belly, I leaned back in my chair and breathed a sigh of pure bliss. There are few better ways to follow up a great meal than with a piece of gooey fudge cake.
Veniero's is a true delight. It provides character and flavor through both its desserts and atmosphere.
This place has a great assortment of cookies and yummy pastries. I love coming here for dessert!
The line can get pretty long if you want to pick some things up on the way home, but if you choose to sit down and eat-- there is limited seating so choose your time of going wisely. This place has some tasty treats and the service isn't too bad either! No complaints about that.
i like the canolis and the cakes here... the cheesecake is decent, but not the best.
I think about their strawberry shortcake all the time. Just had some the other day for a coworker's birthday, and I. WANT. MORE!
The cake is light, the frosting perfectly sweet, and the price ($21 for a 7" round cake that serves 8) can't be beat! However, the cake can sometimes be a hit or a miss. Because they're premade and sit under the glass all day--you could possibly have gotten a cake that's been sitting there for a while. But it's also been helpful when I'm in a crunch and need to get a cake for a birthday with the quickness.
4 stars for the strawberry shortcake, but I've had other pastries here that were so-so.
In writing my review for a place in Sacramento, I realized I was comparing my cannoli to Veniero's. They deserve a review since they're the bar I was judging this other place's attempt at an Italian desert by.
I was here in February with Melissa Z, who was raving about the cheesecake and deserts here. We went mid-day and were able to grab a seat and eat cheesecake while talking about life. The cheesecake itself was beautiful- and especially the texture. I'm not one to actually think texture can make or break a food, but in this case, you slowed down to really savor and experience every bite. It was rich, creamy, but not heavy with a simple crust that complimented the body of the cheesecake.
On the way out, we made sure to pick up some cannoli-- coming full circle to why I started this review. They came through airport security at JFK and onto the airplane.
Not a single cannoli survived the plane flight home. Light, flavorful, way too easily consumed. They were wonderful! This has, for me at least, become the bar by which I'm judging cannoli stateside.
I need to get back to this place.
Was invited to mother's day supper at my Aunt's place in the city. What better place than Veniero's to pop in to grab a pie or desert of some kind and take with you? Ran over here before heading to my Aunt's place and grabbed the last strawberry/raspberry NY style cheesecake they had. Can I say delicious? Not even sure if that is the correct word. More like perfect.
Their system for take out though I must say isn't the best. Once I reached the cashier I had to wait until my cheesecake came down the line. Guess I was faster! They have all sorts of other pies and deserts to choose from if cheesecake is not your cup of tea. They also have several different types of cheesecake, cannolis, petite fours. I have to return here and sit outside once the weather gets better. They have seating both indoors and outdoors.
In the end my cheesecake was a smash hit. Everyone had a slice and it was completely gone!
