We have a show coming up  at Vaudeville Mews on September 8. I'm really excited to bring our show to this super rad venue.

This was a very hard decision to make on the star rating.

First off this is a great venue to see a very close and intimate show of some of your favorite musicians. The venue is small does not hold a lot of people there is a balcony area. I love the mural on one of the walls and the bar itself is a cool old style bar. This truly is a good venue from a fans point of view. (I have heard different from the bands point of view due to the management of the bar)

Why only two stars then?

Well if you like to have your money stolen from you by the bartender then be my guest rate it higher. I have had, on more then one occasion, different bartenders try to short change me. I will have you know I am a phenomenal tipper I have worked in the service industry, so they are going to get $1-$2 for each drink they serve me. Heck I even give a $5 tip on first two drinks when I do not know the tender so he will stiffen them up a little. I do not appreciate handing a bartender a $20 for a $4 drink and getting $2 back. For you mathematicians that's not even the right change for a $10 spot. Keep in mind I was not drunk on ether occasion this occurred. And when you try to bring it to their attention they just threaten to throw you out. Not only that but i think management has told them to go light on the alcohol on mixed drinks and when I say light I really mean "do not actually pour alcohol into the drink!" The bar tenders a snooty and have an attitude for no reason any time I have gone there. To be truthfully they are only looking to serve the ones with a rack so get a girl to go up for you.

With this said go there if there is a band you really must see it is worth it. But, hit the venue where it hurts and do not buy anything from the bar.

p.s. The door guy has always been great would like to see him go to a different place so his rep is not ruined.
