Vardys has done such an amazing job each time my fiance and I have worked with them.
A few months ago, my fiance (then boyfriend) had a necklace custom made for me, and Misha spent tons of time working with him to design the necklace so that it was exactly what he wanted. It turned out just beautiful!!
This past christmas, my fiance bought my engagement ring from Vardys and proposed. He told me that Misha worked extensively with him to pick out the right diamond, find the right band (which, when I saw it, reminded me of a Tacori band that I had liked, with lots of detailing along the band and small diamonds in both sides of the crown) and customized the crown so that it would be more along the lines of what type of jewelry I would wear daily (it originally had the halo of diamonds along the top, which I did not want). When my fiance gave me the ring, I immediately fell in love with it, but sadly, it was too big and so I brought it in to be resized. When we went in to pick it up, Misha spent so much time with me showing me how to look through the microscope to find the GIA number on the diamond to make sure I knew how to identify my ring.
The customer service, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of this store is just fantastic. I love knowing that no one else has the exact same jewelry as I do, since everything here is handmade, and customized.
I have some old jewelry at home that I don't wear, so am thinking of bringing it in to have it customized into something I would wear. I also cannot wait to have my wedding band made here! -

In reference, I went to five of the top yelped "jewelry repair" places listed in Cupertino and the nearby areas to get a few quotes for a vintage ring to have a stone replaced, sized up three sizes, and have the crown/mount be lowered.
Vardy's was the first stop, because Yelp! HAD never lead me wrong in jewelry review (usually in LA) and it was an incredibly disappointing experience.
The lady who helped us was incredibly - disinterested- for lack of a better word. When asked to see a loose stone atop the current ring and explaining to her to please tilt it towards me (I'm too short to see the aeriel view very well.) The sales associate wouldn't angle the stone towards me until I asked her twice- I'm not sure why- my mother thinks it was laziness. When asked about the pricing of each stone- her answer was incredibly abrupt and the answer to every question was "I don't know."
I understand that there may be information she needs to look up, but I would expect her to look it up rather than having to ask her three times for the cost to resize a ring. Given that she was already at the computer.
When I did get the quotes- which were more expensive than other places- I'm usually willing to pay more money when getting more delicate pieces worked- however, her incredible level of apathy didn't inspire confidence nor the desire to give this business any money.
I wouldn't even say that this business is trying to "rip [someone] off" which is why it doesn't have one star, because they were absolutely uninterested in helping me.
This may be petty, but I'm used to finer/more expensive jewelry stores or -heck- even mall stores to be willing to help you. Yes, the kiosk at the mall had amazing service after coming to this store. The other four stores were of varying prices- by a few hundred- but each of them was willing to help us and answer direct questions.
Just for a reference- I was originally going to ask about custom repair/rework of three pieces, but didn't even want to further speak to her after her attitude on the first item. -

I've been going to Vardy's for all of my jewelry needs since 1993. The first time I walked in I had my two-year-old with me. My two-year-old immediately went for the beautiful magazines Vardy had arrayed and started to tear one of them up. When I tried to take the magazine away from her, Vardy said, 'Let her play. If she wants to rip them, let her rip!'
Their service is exceptional, they are always kind, and no one knows jewelry like they do. In 1994 I inherited my grandmother's 60-year-old engagement ring. The setting was damaged and the stones were loose. I took it in to Vardy's. He and his staff helped me choose a new setting using all seven stones. Over the years my husband and I have purchased several of Vardy's exquisitely-designed pieces. I've watched Misha and Fanya grow up and become professionals like their dad. I recommend Vardy's to everyone. I won't go anywhere else. -

Fantastic service with a smile!
Misha exceeded our expectations 100% and more. We brought in a new watch purchased elsewhere to have it's bracelet band resized. Misha took extreme care and diligently adjusted the band to fit perfectly. He took his time to make sure everything was right.
When he was done, he offered to clean my diamond ring and my husband's watch, as well.
When everything was nicely cleaned, we asked how much we owe him, and he said with a smile "Just a 'Thank You' will do"! WOW!!! How many businesses these days provide such service? Vardy's is truly a unique and special jeweler. We will certainly return. -

Look no further for Hearts on Fire engagement rings. This place has fantastic people, fantastic customer service and will go the extra mile to make their customers happy. They aren't gimmiky like some other jewelers who advertise their high Yelp reviews or really wink and nudge you to review. They are genuine and authentic people. The kind of people and service that make you want to write a review.
I bought the Felicity split shank for my (now) fiance, and she is completely captivated by it! She won't stop looking at it! -

What Vardy's Said vs. What Vardy's Meant
Vardy's Said: We'll have the CAD design ready on your custom engagement ring setting in 2 weeks.
Vardy's Meant: We'll have the CAD design ready two weeks from the day we decide to start working on it - whether that day be today or a week and half from now.
Vardy's Said: Since we have your email and phone number, we'll let you know when your ring setting is ready in four weeks.
Vardy's Meant: We'll give you an update whenever you decide to call in and check. Otherwise we will never contact you.
Vardy's Said: Your ring setting will be ready in no more than 4 weeks from now.
Vardy's Meant: Your ring will be ready 5 and a half weeks from now. In the event we need more time on your ring, we won't inform you unless you follow up. Numerous times.
Vardy's Said: You want this exact designer setting, but customized to add x number of diamonds down the shank? Super simple. You got it! 4 weeks.
Vardy's Meant: We reserve the right to change the design on your piece without regards to your specifications should a random surge of creativity inspire our designer. Although the end result may vastly differ than the original specs, we are not required to let you know until you see the ring. During which time we may look baffled that you don't love it.
Very strange and disappointing experience at Vardy's for me, especially considering all the stellar reviews. I worked with Jay. She was very decent in person, but this is about me working with this business to achieve the simple (and pleasurable?) task of getting a ring setting. Or rather, waiting almost 6 weeks and NOT buying it from here. -

On a Wednesday, after a 14-year relationship, we decided that we wanted to get married on Lake Tahoe that Friday (2 days later).
Based upon a referral, we went to Vardy's Jewelers to get our rings and were immediately and professionally assisted by Vardy and his charming family including Alice (wife), Misha (son), and Fanya (daughter). Victoria was our primary salesperson. She was very knowledgeable answering our questions and gave us a great amount of attention and her time. Jay also assisted us and was a pleasure to work with as well. Overall, a fantastic team!
Two days was obviously a tight time frame. Nevertheless, Vardy pulled it off. He added the diamond we chose to a temporary setting on Thursday and shipped the rings overnight to us in NV so we received them on Friday in time for our wedding that afternoon. What amazing service!
Then he promptly made the rings we selected and, when we returned to CA, he changed them out while we waited. Again, amazing service. And the quality of the work is fantastic -- my wife is constantly receiving compliments!
We are very pleased with Vardy's, enjoy the warmth and genuine attentiveness of the entire family and staff; and we look forward to working with them in the years to come.
We heartily recommend visiting Vardy's Jewelers for amazing service and unique quality! -

Amazing place, wish we came here to shop for our engagement rings. I believe we were helped by Misha and his sister. Originally had called ahead and asked for the cost for re-plating a white gold ring, which was going to be a reasonable cost. They originally thought it would take a few days, but after finding out that we came out from Fremont, Misha was able to get it done for us right then. On top of that, he insisted that we not need to pay for it, even though our ring wasn't purchased there!
That's just the tip of the customer service. Ever since I got the ring for the now wife, she didn't like the look 100% - it was always a bit too thick. We looked at a few bands there to see if there were any possible replacements. After some looking, we didn't see too much - however, Misha suggested that if we wanted to keep the ring, there could be some small work that could be done to fine-tune the look of the ring - the work originally done was a bit rough on the edge. He mentioned it would definitely make the stone pop more and make it look much smoother. Of course, we asked if it'd be possible to get that done there and pick it up before the weekend (our wedding was that week).
This is where customer support of Vardy's went above the call of duty - Misha immediately tried to figure out if he could do the modification right there and have us come back in an hour, right before they close. We took him up on the offer, and upon returning, the ring looked... amazing! We both loved the updated, smoother look. It was a subtle difference but the ring looks great now!
And best of all... the wife hasn't even mentioned getting a replacement band since then!!

I had gone into Vardy's earlier in the year to find a new setting for my wedding ring set. There were so many beautiful designs, I couldn't decide what to pick. I decided to let the idea of changing up my ring rest for a while until I had a better idea what I wanted.
About two months ago, I had rounded up pictures of several designs that had elements I was interested in having, I brought them to Vardy to see if he had anything like what I had in mind. We looked at several rings and discussed our options. He was very patient and my husband and I didn't feel at all rushed. In the end we left with a design in mind that Vardy would create for us using the center stone from my engagement ring.
A few weeks later we returned to find that Vardy created a beautiful ring with matching band that exceeded our expectations. It's so brilliant; it actually took me a little getting used to.
We have been very pleased with their service and I even had to bring the ring back to get looked at after I hit one of the prongs, it must have been quite hard because it actually moved. Fortunately, the stone was well protected, and so it wasn't damaged. But Vardy was wonderful about repairing the ring promptly.
I've already recommended them to friends and I definitely would look to Vardy's again for uniquely designed Jewelry! -

Vardy resized my grandfathers wedding band down ~1.5 sizes without cutting the ring, thereby saving the 65 year old engraving on the inside of the band! The price, while a little high for a normal resize, was minuscule considering what he did for me.
Also, when we went in to drop off the ring, they offered to clean my fiancée's ring. They brought it back super clean and re-dipped in iridium! This usually carries a significant fee! The ring looked brand new and, needless to say, she was very happy.
I created my Yelp account just to review this place, and I would definitely recommend them! -

I recommend Vardy's to all my friends looking for fine jewelry, especially a big purchase like an engagement ring. Fanya not only showed us beautiful rings in our price range, she also helped us customize a setting we really loved to match our tastes and budget. After trying on the display ring I was ready to take it home with me NOW, but Fanya suggested we walk away and think about it first. We ultimately came back to purchase the ring and really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kindness she showed us.
I receive compliments all the time on my ring's original design and plan to come back for cleanings (and maybe someday) more jewelry :-) -

I went into Vardy's again recently to get another custom piece done. I had diamonds that my husband gave me and one from my dad that I wanted placed into a cross. As usual, I went in to discuss this piece with Misha and Fanya. They both listened carefully to my requests (my father died and I wanted the diamond from him in the center of the cross). They treated me with respect and could see how important the placement of the diamonds was to me. When I came in to get my cross, I was so happy! They did such a great job and handled my diamonds exactly the way I asked. They didn't miss anything! The quality of the this custom cross they did is exquisite!
I was reading through the ratings today before writing this one and I find it very disturbing that Dee J. wrote such a bad review. If you read through her review, you can see that even her parents think she is nuts! And Mark D. obviously doesn't understand quality jewelry! Vardy's is not expensive considering the quality that comes from them and as you can see from a ton of other happy customers, they all treat their customers well and do amazing work!

I have been to Vardy's on many occasions, and every single time I am amazed at how well I am treated. My most recent experience really shows how they go above and beyond for their customers. I destroyed my engagement ring at a concert and Misha was able to restore it beautifully...and for free! They have always been able to exceed my needs, whether it be jewelry repair, designing my husband's unique wedding band, or changing settings. The entire team at Vardy's is deeply commited to making sure you have the best customer experience possible.

All of the positive reviews I read before visiting were spot-on.
I received a watch as an anniversary gift and went in to have a couple of links taken out. Friendly service right when I stepped in the door. Misha ended up helping me with the actual adjustment and also offered to clean my wedding rings at the same time
After a brief wait and having Misha return 3 times to have me try it on, it fit correctly and was the size I wanted. "How much do I...?" I asked, and he interrupted me by saying, "Just a 'thank you.'"
"That's all? THANK YOU!"
Unfortunately can't attest to any purchases, but they have a beautiful selection of diamond jewelry, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, bracelets.... Perhaps I'll have an occasion to buy some jewelry. And I if I do, I'm coming back to Vardy's. Highly recommended! -

I stopped in on a whim to have a pair of earings repaired that I'd bought from a mall store that seemed incapable of repair on-site. Since I drive by here all the time, I stopped to get a repair estimate.
They did the repair in the few minutes that they asked me to wait. Unbelievable customer experience. They were really very personable and really wanted to know about me as a person and not just a walk-in one time customer.
Because of that one experience, though I'm not one to buy jewelery all that frequently, I will now only shop in one place. Truly Awesome. -

My fiancee and I came here based on a referral from a friend. We hadn't had such great luck at jewelry stores when looking for an engagement ring. Maybe it was because we both look too young to be taken seriously? That was not the case here at Vardy's, where Jay was super helpful and kind in answering our questions without being that salesman we all love to hate. After the first visit, we checked out a couple more places but decided to go with Vardy's for their excellent customer service and price. We were on a tight budget and Misha searched everywhere for a diamond that was not only in our price range, but was beautiful as well.
Speaking of great customer service, the only way I know how to describe it is through a story. After buying the engagement ring, I didn't know where to store the ring until I was ready to pop the question so Misha let me keep it at the store until the time was right. Well, the time was right on a Monday but they were closed! So I called Misha and he said he would deliver the ring to my workplace...does it get any better than that???
After such a lovely experience, we decided to get our wedding bands here as well
We stop by every now and then just to pay a visit to the awesome staff, as well as the complimentary cleanings on our rings. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry in a friendly environment. -

I was introduced to Vardy's back in 2003 when I was in the market for jewelry for my girlfriend (now wife). I first met Fanya and Vardy and while I was purchasing things that were on the lower end of the cost spectrum, they still treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars. I remembered that service when it came to propose to my wife.
When I went in to purchase my wife's ring, Vardy and Fanya worked with me to find the right diamond, which we placed on a simple band for the proposal. I then came back with my wife and we worked with Vardy and Misha to come up with a design that matched exactly what she wanted. 6 years later my wife still gets comments on her ring.
We continually send our friends to Vardy's they have all been very happy! -

Vardy's is the best! We came here with a diamond we needed appraised and they took the time to order a replacement GIA report for me. They also told me I did not need to pay for an appraisal since I had the report and they told me the value of it, all for free! They are very honest and so nice! They make beautiful custom jewelry as well. I would definitely recommend this jewelry store.

From my first post I just picked out my setting and diamond. It took Mischa less then a month to make it and I finally picked it up today. I LOVE MY RING! I can't stop staring at it and people have complimented it where ever I went.

I can FINALLY write a review on Vardy's!! My daughter's boyfriend; now fiancee, asked me to go along to help pick out an engagement ring for my daughter over a month ago. We went to several jewelry stores, but no one came close to the level of customer service that was provided to us at Vardy's as well as the beautiful workmanship of their jewelry. Jay was our primary salesperson, however we had extensive conversations with Misha, Fanya and Vardy. Jay helped George pick out the most incredible ring for my daughter. Fast forward to 11/15, my daughter said YES and she can't stop staring at her ring. She absolutely loves everything about it. Wednesday night she came into the store to have it sized, and Jay was so excited to meet her and tell her about our covert shopping trip to choose her ring. While we were waiting to get her ring sized, Jay asked me if I wanted to see her favorite ring in the shop. I said "sure", I put it on and guess what, I walked out with an upgraded ring!! The moment I put it on, I heard birds singing and fell in love!! ;-) A million thanks goes out to the team at Vardy's!! And Misha you are a true artist!!! Thanks to all our fellow Yelpers for letting us know about Vardy's, we are customers for life!!!

Went to Vardy's because my parents are long time customers. I wanted the stone from my grandmother's ring removed and placed into a new platinum solitaire ring. I knew exactly what I wanted - for them to order a plain 2 mm solitaire platinum setting for my diamond. When I went in to tell them what I wanted, they showed me everything but what I wanted. They kept telling me that they would have to custom make the setting. They never even asked me what size I was. I walked away worried that I wasn't going to get what I wanted. So my mother told them to show me the setting before they mounted it. So we went back and they showed me 3 settings. Two of them were white gold, so right away I rejected them since I asked for platinum. The third one was thicker than I wanted and when I told them that, the answer that I got was, "well then we will have to make a ring for you." I knew that wasn't true since the setting I wanted is very common and can be found easily on the Internet. My mother talked me into the setting that he had, and I agreed. The problem was the size was wrong. Misha told me that he ordered it in a different size because winter was coming and my finger would shrink. What? I think it was a setting that he had in the store.
They set the diamond in the new setting and I went to pick it up. It didn't fit. It was too small. So I was told they could re-size it. Why didn't they just order the setting in my size to begin with?
I asked for my old setting back (which was a gift from my grandmother). Misha told me he would not give it back to me. I asked him what he was going to do with it and he told me he could not tell me and that my mother had told him not to give it to me. I told him it was my ring and technically he had to give it back. He told me that he was more scared of my mother than me and so he was not going to give it back. When I explained to him that keeping it was against the law and therefore he should be more scared of me than my mom, he gave it back to me! Turns out he had convinced my mother to put a new stone in the old setting. He was upset because now he wouldn't get another sale.
Vardy's then called my parents behind my back and told them that I had the old setting. I told my parents that the ring didn't fit and I never wore it. My parents were so frustrated that they called Vardy's and told them to take the diamond out of the new setting and we would walk away. When I went back to the store to have them take out the diamond, Misha told me he was too busy to help me and that I would have to come back. I told him I had time and I would wait. Then he said, "YOU HAVEN'T"T BEEN VERY NICE TO US, SO WHY SHOULD WE BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP YOU?" Really? He said this in front of at least 3 other customers. Not too bright! I left the store, they called my parents and told them to bring the ring back in and that they could take the diamond out. I thought they were too busy!

I can't comment on their merchandise, but I CAN comment on their outstanding customer service! My friend was getting married in a couple days when she decided to get her engagement ring cleaned. We walked in and asked for a cleaning. The people at Vardy's not only cleaned it, but did it for FREE, congratulating and chatting with us the entire time. My friend didn't even purchase the ring from them! They were SO sweet and super nice! The experience was so pleasant that it makes me want to go there again to purchase something. Too bad I'm in SoCal!

I wanted to get a wedding ring resized. Since I bought the ring originally at Tiffany's I went back there. They'd do it for a few hundred bucks and would need to send the ring to their main office in NYC.
Went to Vardy's and they did it while I waited for a fraction of the cost with great service. The ring was polished and sized perfectly. 5 stars! -

Based on all the wonderful Yelp reviews, I decided to come here to get my engagement and wedding rings cleaned. This is a family owned business and I was greeted by Vardy himself and his daughter.
He said that the cleaning would only take about 10-15 minutes so I decided to wait. As I was waiting, I was able to browse their selection...seems like they have quite the variety but I didn't inquire since I had only stopped in for a cleaning.
A couple (previous customers) saw me waiting and decided to tell me how great Vardy was. They had been his customers for the past 20 years! That's loyalty and dedication there. If his customers have been coming back for 20 years, he must be doing something right!
After my rings were cleaned, Vardy brought them out and carefully inspected them. He recommended me to get my rings cleaned once a year. I have a cushion cut engagement ring and he said in a few years I may have to change the prongs due to the stone shifting. Vardy was really pleasant and it was easy to strike up a conversation with him. He cracked a few jokes like I was one of his buddies. The best part was that the cleaning was complimentary! I appreciated that Vardy's really dedicated to his work, honest, and doesn't try to rip you off. I'll definitely be coming back next year and maybe even convince my husband to buy me something from there in the future ;) -

OMG!! How can't you love it!! Following are long...long...long review..my English is not very good, but I try my best to express my experience to you all.
In the beginning of March I looked up the "custom jeweler" from Yelp and I found out several including Vardy's Jewelers; I am so happy that I came here, not other place!
This afternoon my husband and I went to pick up my pendant - the "one and the only"; special customized design by Mr. Vardy.....when I saw it~I just couldn't help myself..I scream!
I remembered in the beginning of March, they were just 3 old diamond rings which I don't want to wear again, and now they are totally changed!!! Mr. Vardy makes them come alive!!!!
My 3 old diamond rings came with 0.62, 0.3 & 0.3 carat central stone and then several tiny diamonds.
Mr. Vardy discussed with me and came with his professional suggestion to meet my idea; and consider all the cost issues for helping me to get the best deal.
(it's rare...because before I finally found Mr. Vardy, I went to other places...they only want me to spend more!!).
And when Mr. Vardy try to fit my diamonds into the setting; he found out some of my small diamonds are too small to fit into it.
(my idea is the big central stone surround with my original tiny diamonds...)
So Mr. Vardy said: it's ok, when he sum up the price, he will deduct all my unfit stones as trade for bigger stones to fit in...but he will do his best to use them and try not make my husband spends too much... :-P...and maybe it will come out with surprise me.
Today...it's really a big surprise!! I look out my pendant and I found out the stones those around the 0.62 central are BIGGER than my original... but Mr. Vardy kept the same price and didn't raise up when we paid!!! (I put a picture in Yelp, check it out, the second diamond was surround by my original smail diamonds but you can see the last one with 0.62 carat surround with bigger diamonds than the second one!!)
I notice it!! But when I was in the store I didn't look it close enough because I wear it on immediately; and then I confirm that when I was home....I took it off and spent almost half hour to appreciate the whole setting, workmanship and the sparkling it makes.
Mr. Vardy design to give as big as space at the back of setting to allow more light to be able to refract into diamonds....you know...diamond looks shining because of the LIGHT!....What a smart setting design!
Beside the pendant I also brought my old earring to redo..
Mr. Vardy disagree redo and offer me other idea to keep the setting but he welded them in other shape and put a new pole on it...saving me a lot of $$$$$...and comes a beautiful result.
Also I had a gold anklet for fixing; it was broken from pulling...I went to several jeweler they couldn't fix it because it's too thin...but you know what..Mr. Vardy did it and I barely found out the original break join...even better is ----it came for free!! Mr. Vardy refused to charge me for fixing this anklet..
My husband brought his eyeglass frame; also broken at the edge..I love that frame but we couldn't find another one so we brought it here to see if Mr. Vardy could help us.... guess what? Yes..Mr. Vardy fix it...within 10 minutes...he came out talk to us and then went back to do something on it and then came out with a perfect fixed eyeglass frame!! You guess right..it's also free!!
Not just say we love free stuff..it's a warm feeling, when I was first time there, I just mention to Mr. Vardy about my wedding on March. 4th and bla bla bla.... I can't believe Mr. Vardy remember it!! Today when we ready to go with my happy pendant .... he brought out a bottle of champagne and said "Congratulations!!! This is for you!!!"... you know, that moment my tear was around my eyes...
Vardy's Jewelers is not only provide high quality jewelry, it also helps people who want to have special piece or keep special memory to have their wish come true..and feel something special than other jewelers..

Although I have yet to purchase any goods or services, I wanted to commend Vardy's for excellent customer service. I called to inquire about appraisal services, and a nice lady named Jay answered the phone. She was friendly, professional, and helpful, and she offered suggestions on how I could save money on an appraisal.
I intend to visit Vardy's in the near future just because of the great customer service experience I had over the phone.
UPDATE:
I've visited Vardy's twice in person, and I've spoken with Jay, Victoria, and Vardy. Everyone here is friendly and personable. If only more businesses had such excellent service! -

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I took my wedding/engagement ring into Vardy's to get it fixed after somehow smashing the bottom flat, and found out it was damaged beyond repair.
I had been thinking about having it re-designed, so this made the decision for me. Originally I wore one ring that served as both an engagement and wedding ring. Now I wanted separate engagement and wedding rings made using the diamonds from my original ring.
Misha worked tirelessly to get the new rings that existed only in my head and translate the fantasy into real rings. The man has the patience of a saint, and is the nicest, most caring jeweler you will ever meet. His only goal was to make me happy, no matter what it took.
My new rings are breathtakingly gorgeous. I get compliments all the time on them. Thank you Misha for all your hard work and for being such a super nice person! -

I stopped by today to have a bracelet altered and fixed. Misha worked his magic on it and was done within minutes, and it only cost me eight bucks. Despite my simple requests, he really made sure that I was satisfied with how it looked and fit. Both Vardy and Misha were extremely nice and fun to talk to, to boot! Whatever your jewelry needs, visit Vardy's and support an awesome family-owned business. I could already tell, during my short visit, that they care a lot about their customers, both old and new.

My sister and her husband found Vardy's on yelp. They went into for a ring cleaning and resizing. Vardy's provided both of these services for free even thou the rings did not come from them; Joe Escobar refused to help them because the rings did not come from him either.
I went into to Vardy's to have a ring I had inherited remade. Misha was super friendly and helpful! The mold for my ring was not delivered when expected so it took longer to make then expected. In the mean time Misha made me an awesome necklace out of raw garnet's I had. He called me in to look at it and surprised me with also having my ring ready! It was gorgeous!!! and huge! I am absolutely in love with it! I joked that we accidentally designed my dream engagement ring!
I absolutely recommend Vardy's Jewelers!!! -

I highly recommend anyone in almost any budget to stop by Vardy's and let them know what you're looking forward. I guarantee they'll help you find exactly what you're looking for.
My wife and I have been shopping at Vardy's for 5 years. They always greet us with a genuine smile and no matter how busy they are, they take time to stop a say hello. Five years ago when we first decided to get married. Misha took time over several trips to explain clarity, cut and color and showed us a number of different options. Ultimately, we decided to go for smaller stone than we originally set out for. Why?...... Because it was perfect. -

Wouldn't, couldn't, won't ever trust a jeweler as much as I trust Vardy's! My husband had my engagement ring made there over 14 years ago. Today he still takes care of it. I live in Belmont and it's worth the trip to see him. All the jewelry I have gotten from him are top quality-the best!

Great family-owned business with ultra-friendly staff. I've been in to the store several times. I have never felt any sales pressure, just an honest desire from the family/staff to educate and inform me before I made my decision. I bought my wedding band here (a special order ring, which they ordered before I committed to buy) and recently had my wife's engagement ring appraised. Misha did the visual inspection while I waited compared to the 2+ weeks I was told it would take at other local jewelers (if they did appraisals at all!). He was able to email my a copy of my appraisal later in the week.
My only complaint is their hours - it can be very difficult to get to the store before they close at 6pm on weekdays, and they aren't open Sunday or Monday. -

Yes, another 5 star review for Vardy's! Stopped in today to get a quote on a repair that was previously quoted to me by another jeweler for $300 and 2 weeks work time. Turns out that Misha could tighten my diamond during the time it took me to eat lunch! Plus, he saved me $300 that would have been wasted money - he did the fix at no cost. To top it all off, they replaced 3 watch batteries during the same 1/2 hour, and my rings came back brilliantly clean and sparkly. Great customer service and excellent craftsmanship - job well done!
Gotta tell the husband now..."P.S. I really love this jeweler, hint hint..." -

Okay, I seriously doubted that ANY jewelery store could have this many positive reviews, but you will leave there a believer!
I brought my mom's pieces in to check on their worth and see if anything should be appraised for insurance. First off, Misha is HONEST. Incredibly honest. Second, he didn't rush me out of the store or seem to get fed up with a pesky person who wasn't going to be spending money there. He taught me so much about jewels and went on to really explain that despite these pieces not having much monetary worth, you can't place a value on their sentiments and memories. WOW--what a refreshing perspective!
THEN he offered to clean several pieces (made my mom's rings SPARKLE) and found a loose stone in my wedding ring. At this point I was willing to leave my first born son at his store, so of course I handed over my precious band for repair. So apparently good customer service DOES mean something to business people still!
Everyone at the store is DARLING. The settings in the cases are absolutely gorgeous and from just my one visit today, I won't buy jewelery anyplace else!
I dare anyone to go and have anything less than a 5-star experience! -

Reasonable prices and amazing jewelry I will definitely come back in the future.
Checked out a few places before coming to VArdy's so I can tell you not to hesitate and go straight there.
