Good red wines ( texture, complexity aroma etc. it's there). Their wine maker got skills, however why so much tartaric acid? Can't your wine be good naturally? You can definitely taste and see the added tartaric acid aka wine diamonds on the cork. It just cheapens the wine. Beautiful setting. I recommend sharing a bottle of Reserve Pinot Noir on their patio. Since this wine has some "added ingredients" that should not be added to quality wine, I recommend you take some aspirins after drinking, or enjoy the headache next day.
