This isn't the Ritz, that's for sure, but the Vagabond Inn accommodated me nicely and it was very reasonably priced. It's connected to a Denny's and has free wi-fi and a heated pool (didn't utilize the Dennys or the pool but would come in handy for those who would like to) the room was very clean, there were ants but that wasn't a huge issue. The mirror had burn marks on it, but again, not an issue.

When my boyfriend and I went to his hometown to visit his family, we stayed at the two highest-rated hotels in town. The Vagabond Inn was one of them according to the website the BF used. Want to know what it's like? Rent "Vacancy". We didn't have any crazed hillbillies trying to kill us or mud flowing from the faucets. I'm sure, though, that if I hadn't blocked the doorways with chairs or had left the faucet running for more than a trickle I would be telling a very different tale.
Next time ... Best Western, here we come!
