i went in near closing to send a package and took a few minutes to pack it up myself, so i was anticipating an annoyed interaction--also because the usps offices where i just moved from were pretty bleak in terms of customer service any time of day, but the workers here were so kind & laid back. the was no line and i was in and out pretty fast. thanks again!!

The staff here is very disrespectful and not willing to help. I came here today to get my passport done and the initial lady I met told me to fill out a form and give. After doing that I had a question and there was an African-American lady working who was very unpleasant and for sure doesn't love her job. I wouldn't recommend this location for passports. There's a reason they only have 1.5 rating.

All my customers say shipping is so fast! But the post office is the real hero! This is my favorite post office . Efficient and nice employees .

I lived in Brooklyn Center for 12 years while running a small business. The Crystal location was my closest drop off site and I would avoid this place at all cost.
The lady behind the counter was a bit larger and lacked mobility and i felt truly bad for her as I could tell she was fighting an illness and i would go out of my way to be nice every visit even askedhow her day was every single visit. Not once did I get a positive response.
Your clerk complained every time I asked to get my packages scanned 2-3 at most a visit. I would put 100 fragile stickers on something and she would still toss it... After 3 years of telling her it's her job I called the post master and complained, at that time was told it "is her job to give me a receipt and scan every package requested". I then asked for the exact policy in writing and brought it to the clerk. The clerk then said she talked to the post master and said it's not her job.
As a business owner who ships out valuable items I require them to be scanned for safety and for tracking info for my customers. Your employee who my tax dollars subsidize is the worst I have every dealt with. At the Crystal location I have helped customers ship items because your clerk would not, explain regional boxes, correct the many times your clerk was charging priority mail on 3 oz items the list goes on and on.
My question for Crystal USPS is how can you let this go on? In Mn when shipping out of this location i had a 4% failure rate on my packages all for damage caused by your clerk tossing them over her shoulder.. You paid out over 2,000 in claims just to me. Since moving my failure rate is 0% and not one claim has been submitted. This Clerk Needs To Be Removed....

Terrible customer service! The person helping me was mad at me for not having a smaller bill than a 20 for a $9 purchase. There was a printed and laminated sign saying they needed 1 and 5 dollar bills. They probably wouldn't have needed ones if they didn't give out 11 of them in change. Time to make a new sign for 5 and 10 bills. Or maybe just go to the bank like most businesses do.

Bad service! I got scold by the postal service worker for coming into the postal service office too "late"!! I walked in at 12:30 pm on a Saturday (closing time is 1pm). It isn't my fault that the line was long or if other customers had difficult shipment requests. I made it to the register at 1pm. The service personal told me next time I need to pick a different time to come in because she was over worked at closing time. Really? How rude.

I see this place gets low marks on customer service, but fortunately my transactions here have been straightforward, so I haven't had any issues. Best of all, at least the times I go there, there's rarely a line; one or two people at the most. Nice and fast!

The service here at the Crystal was awful and appalling! I came in at 450pm to mail a couple of packages. The lady at the counter all snarky and rude told were closed! Hello! It wasn't 5 pm yet youre not closed! She was rude to me before 10 minutes before closing. WELL LADY AT THE COUNTER I CAN'T HELP IT I WORK UNTIL 4:30! SO DON'T EVER TREAT ME THAT WAY! So I told her I'll never be back again. I recommend not going to this post office. Very unprofessional and they treat you like you're stupid!

This is why our postal service is in dire straights. We have a small business with our mail delivered from this branch. If we decide to close for the day, the mail carrier has decided we need to give her notice. I told her this isn't always possible, sometimes we just decide to take off early! She's very annoyed with us, so now she just doesn't come by at all if there is no mail for us and our out going mail doesn't get picked up. Since when does the postal service make decisions for my business? I just can't believe the attitude of these people, do we owe them something? They make good money with good benefits and are so unappreciative of their jobs. Another government entity that needs an attitude adjustment. We are in a strip mall type building so no one is making her go out of her way to give us the service we are supposed to have!

This is not the first time I've experienced very poor customer service at the Crystal MN USPS branch, but after today's experience I have to vent a little. *Note, I was the only one in the office - so this person had nothing else to do. When I asked if there were the smaller sized Express envelopes available I was told rudely that not only did they not have them, they don't exist. I said that I had gotten them at other offices, and the Clerk told me "Well, why don't you go there then". I tried nicely to find out if there were any other options, explaining that it needed to be delivered to an apartment mailbox, but all I got was very curt "No". So I left, never to return. And the Postal Service wonders why we use Fed Ex and UPS?
