US Post Office

Horrible customer service. Long lines. Slow staff. Rude employees. Wont let businesses with lots of items put the items on shelf or put items in bins which clogs up lines. Another way our government is failing us.

My usual interactions aren't positive at the USPS, but this time at a different location was positive. The lady at the window was engaging.

Will never use this facility again. The way my wife was treated was uncalled for. Embarrassed her for asking questions about returning a package as the company asked her to. Amazon sent her instructions to go to usps and the counter help, if you can call it that, was rude and seemed as not to care. The service there has gone to hell in a hand basket!

Worst post office in the entire United States. My package has shown to be stuck here since November 29th and no updates given. If the postal service ever decides to shut down post offices, this one should be at the top of the list.

Rudest costumer service people. I first walked in to the lady giving some customer major attitude, then unfortunately the same lady called me up, was rude and had back talk with me.

I called back to back no one answers the phone over there this is bad business if I was the owner of this establishment I'll be very upset that my employees wouldn't even take a second to answer the phone unprofessional

These people working here are lazy. They didn't wanna deliver my package and claimed they couldn't find my address and wanted me to go their place to pick it up. My orders came in 2 separate packages and one of them was delivered and one wasn't bc no address found? How does that make sense you tell me?

They rarely deliver my mail and any packages from amazon that they don't feel like getting out of their little vehicle for they just mark as "Moved, left no address" so they won't have to deliver it and just send it back to amazon. So many problems with these guys.

If I can give it zero stars I would. First I rarely get my mail. They don't deliver mail until after 6 and sometimes 7. Customer service sucks! Lastly their mail man barley deliver mail on Saturday.

As a counter to the many negative posts, we have pretty much always received good service at this USPS location as well as from their residential delivery personnel for the past 18 years.
