US Post Office - Chenal Station

I've been told many times that this is the rudest post office most people have ever been to. And today I have to say I agree. I don't know that I've ever wrote a yelp review but I couldn't wait to get to my car to share how absolutely unbelievably rude the people who are work here are. Unhelpful unkind disrespectful rude unbelievable. Never will i ever return. I would literally pay more money to mail it from the UpS station next door!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the most horrific post office in existence. The people behind the counter are rude beyond words and regularly walk the line of assault in the way the way they both address and frequently yell at customers. They overcharge and upgrade shipping and then try to slide it past you. It's sneaky and unethical. They are unorganized. They can never find anything. They are lazy. I'm honestly in shock that this branch is still open. It should be shut down and the employees fired immediately. I've never been treated so poorly or seen other treated this awful by any business in my entire life. It's insanity that these people have jobs at all.

Rude people at the counter, both times I've been here to pick up my mail due to our mail boxes being broken into in the apartments I live in. Didn't have any issues last time getting the mail with no ID, this time had to have one and then the lady just walked off. I think the two ladies names are Eve and CJ, they need a smile, personality and better customer service skills.

By far the most unorganized post office in the world. Not one good thing to say about them. Just awful in every aspect. Could write a book about the issues. Everyone we talk to feels the same. We pay extra to use FedEx or UPS whenever it is an option.

This is the closest post office to my house, but I prefer going over to Huron Avenue b/c there are many more employees working there - and they have an automated machine that I can use myself. This post office is the worst in terms of a line. The employees at the counter are SO nice and friendly, but there is only ONE person working the counter at any given time of day. Even during the crazy Christmas season, each time I went in to that location - ONE person working the counter. Come on, let's get it together!!!
