This place was a god-send to have a friend from Turkey checked out. Insurance isn't required and we just paid up-front for the checkup and everything. All they really needed from her was her passport.
As Mindy's review, the staff were pleasantly professional, and the asian doctor who saw us was very considerate. Definitely would use this place again after being denied from other clinics due to my situation.
I recently fell ill with a stomach ailment. My doctor told me it would be at least a week before I could get an appointment, but that was too long to wait.
So I went to US Healthworks. I didn't make an appointment, but showed up around noon on a weekday. I only had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen. All the staff was friendly and professional, from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses. They took my insurance information and I never saw a bill or got a call about things being messed up. Whenever I needed to call back to speak with the doctor I saw my calls were returned within a day or so.
The reason I don't rate it higher is because they never really figured out what was wrong with me and eventually just blew me off after a few weeks of me calling over and over. But.. overall I was happy with my experience. I would go again if I had a non-emergency that needed immediate attention.
