Joanna @ US is the best. She is down to earth, friendly and best of all she acts like a human! I have been a US Banker for close to 7 years and have never had any issues with them aside from the occasional problem I have brought down upon my own head.
Today I opened a business account, and Joanna helped me. She thoroughly explained all the details, made my deposits for me and even made sure my funds were immediately available to use. I have never had to wait in a long line, even on Friday afternoons. This branch seems to be mostly frequented by oldies but goodies from the neighbourhood, and all of the tellers are cheerful and efficient.
I don't have an account with U.S. Bank. In fact, today is the first time I have been in there, and the reason was to cash in my loose change for money in a form that is actually usable. I was pleasantly surprised that not only do they HAVE change counters (more rare than you'd think), but you don't even have to be a member there to use it! YEEEHAAW!! I'm a fan.
