I stopped by here on my way to the carts on Hawthorne and 12th, hoping to get some cash. I was well aware it was going to be a $3 fee, which is outrageous anyways - but I needed cash. I wasn't expecting the ATMs to be out of money, though.
It was only 2 hours after the bank closed, I would have assumed they would have had the foresight to refill the ATMs before leaving so that they wouldn't run out overnight!
