My only experience with them is trying to send a moneygram. First off I wish I could review MoneyGram the company because I would tear them a new website.

I arrive at the bank, they greet me, say it'll be a minute or two, ok. They were counting money. I get up to the counter tell her what I need, she gives me the form I step out of line to fill it out. The woman does not mention what I need for the MoneyGram. I take my time filling out the form all nice and legible. I get back in line, wait again. Get to the front, ok, she asks, you have the cash, I'm like no, I was going to use a card, only if you're a member of the bank, I'm not, so gotta leave and go to the ATM. By that time it was late and the bank was going to close by the time I got back.

I go the next morning, they're counting money again. Arrive at the counter, Ok, got your $12 fee, what? No, I'm like why didn't you mention that yesterday? She asks didn't you see the website, I said yes, but didn't I say they gave no information on how to send a damn moneygram. So again I have to leave the bank go to my bank and come back. Finally works. What a pain in the A. Some businesses need to get with the times and set up a paypal account.
