These are the best landlords that I've ever had after about 15 years of renting. Example: I logged in a complaint that my heater wasn't quite working and I heard back from them within 3 minutes. A service person was here within 30. On a Saturday of a long weekend!
Great apartments, engaged in the community (check out the urbane blog), and trying to run their business in a way that is customer-friendly. They charge a bit more than market here, but the quality of the apartments and the service makes it well worth it. Highly recommended.

Established in 2003
Infill Inc., the investment and management machine behind Urbane, is transforming tired apartment properties in Royal Oak from half-occupied buildings into charismatic, 21st-century communities -- completely new apartments receive hardwood floors, new appliances, loft-style sliding doors, and modern lighting. Residents love the customized spaces and attention to detail not offered in other apartments in the area.
Features and amenities considered truly "more than you expect" come standard -- free Wi-Fi is offered at nearly all the properties, a zen garden was conceived, boutique-style service has taken shape, and community partnerships have taken hold.
