Love this place , a blonde girl helped me at the register she was soooooo sweet and a beautiful person not sure of her name but had an amazing "love never ends tattoo"

I was here earlier and bought two different types of perfume that smells so good and I also bought two bags of gummy bears and ate both of them! I'm so full! The fragrances are so good! I would highly recommend the coconut, and the matcha green tea for $25 each, they smell delicious! It's a beautiful store, probably the biggest urban outfitters I've been to. The sales girl is really sweet! I'm going back tomorrow to buy more scents!!

I usually get pretty anxious when out in public and just overwhelmed by the sheer options available but I'm so happy I came to this specific Urban. I was trying to update my Wardrobe and get some new pieces to wear this fall. Alina was the store employee that helped me and she was AMAAAZING!!! Within minutes she was able to help me pick out some cute new tops to wear and suggest some pants that went along with the outfit I was trying to make. Honestly if it wasn't for her kind patience and fashionable taste I think I would have just gone home with nothing that day. She also introduced me to this new perfume that they sell in store. I don't remember what it's called but it smells so GOOD! If you get the chance, see what they have in stock for perfume, you won't regret it!

Employees have unnecessary attitude . Absurd rules. Take your money elsewhere. Other urban outfitters are much more polite

I only visited this store as I was in the area and wanted to explore Downtown Burbank. I didn't quite know what to expect but didn't have any hopes for anything spectacular. I am on the hunt for a Kanken backpack and I know UO carries them so a visit made sense.

I loved the inside! I found their Kanken and browsed both the upstairs and downstairs. I could have dropped a pretty penny or two here for sure.

Service was literally unremarkable. I think I saw one employee upstairs and actually spoke with her, other than that? Dunno. Saw lots of them standing around and chatting with one another though.

I don't see anything special really about UO besides the Kanken I've been looking for. This place seems a higher priced Old Navy, to be honest.

Again what great service! I was greeted by Mathew in the men's Dept who helped me locate my size, gave me product knowledge and passed me on to the amazing Jordan (manager) who helped me further with online purchasing which is available and can be done right in store. I was so impressed! Then the wonderful Adel rang me up and made my online purchase order a breeze. This team is full of great positive energy, a welcoming attitude and they are so kind and really want to help you find what you want! 5 stars all the way. I am one happy customer.

What happened to Urban Outfitters? I used to shop here often, but not anymore. We went it looking for a new wallet (got one here a couple of years ago and it was cool).

The store is big, the customer service is nice, the merchandise isn't as plentiful, not the same! Less cool t-shirts (used to get those), the books selection is tiny, the home decor not as good and funky as it used to be, so what happened? No wallet for me, the selection was poor, once again, a few models made out of plastic and expensive. The merchandise was lacking in quality and quantity so it'll be a while till I'll go back, lost my interest. In terms of purchasing something? It'd be hard to find that item unless they go back to cooler things that people, cool people from various generations would be interested in!

They must not want holiday business. Doors are closed/locked 10 minutes before closing time.

Valentine's... it's everywhere I freaking go tonight. They had drinking glasses with the sun and moon on it (set of 2). However, Urban Outfitters was like too proLove for me to handle. And I really like the 7 days a week underwear pack, but it's made of rayon instead of cotton. Idk if I'm single or taken anymore... Pink, red, love, heart, BLAH... However, there's a good selection things to show your love to someone(s) special on Valentine's Day from here.

I have never had such an amazing customer service experience at any of the other UO. The manager here was kind and helped me order an item I had been searching for and couldn't find elsewhere. She shipped it right to my house , expedited!
The only thing that made this place a not so convenient location is the parking. You've got to walk a few blocks because parking right in front is a hassle .
