Urban Fox - Coffee & Boba

Really good boba I would recommend and excellent employees super friendly and helping the best part of any place!

Almost 5 years later from my initial review and Urban Fox is still the best boba I've ever had! I've tried several boba shops across China and California and nothing compares to the quality and price of milk tea and boba that Urban Fox has. Urban Fox is also one of the only places I know who has barely increased their prices since 2019. I still get the original milk tea almost daily and the staff is always very welcoming! I'm also so glad they recently opened a second location! Both locations are very clean and organized. Not only do they have loyal customers, but they have loyal workers too. I've noticed since 2019 I still recognize a few workers who work here! Urban Fox is an amazing, successful business and everyone I've introduced Urban Fox to has loved it as well!!

If you are from a place that has really good boba and tea and have moved to Idaho and are looking for good boba, you can pass on this place. The actual tapioca balls for boba are chewy and good, but the tea itself is powdery which means it's not entirely mixed well. I went with a mango milk tea and i could still taste the powder.

If this place is closeby to where you are staying, it's alright. It's not the worst boba I've ever had but it's definitely not the best. It's one of those places that you'll try it and it's just enough to satisfy the boba craving.

Coffee was pretty good, and I'll try them again, so hopefully will update an improved rating.

But, only one worker, and so service was a bit slow.

Was pretty loud, even sitting in the corner. When milk was frothing, hard to have a conversation.

Didn't try the boba, and so cannot comment.

In the end, nothing really to draw one here for coffee.

My sister and I visited a coffee boba shop for the first time on a rainy and dark day. We were excited to try it out, but unfortunately, the two girls working behind the counter were chatting and not attending to us. We waited at the register for a while before they finally noticed us. They seemed more interested in their conversation about the bad weather and closing early than serving us. When they finally came over to us, the person who seemed to be the manager said that they had already shut down the machines, but they could offer us tea instead. We were disappointed by their lack of friendliness and professionalism towards us, especially since it was still 20-25 minutes before closing time. We decided to go somewhere else to get a warm drink in the bad weather.

I've been coming to urban fox for a while now and I am always satisfied with the service and quality, their boba is always fresh, the food and drinks always taste amazing!!

I ordered a small Thai Milk Tea with boba, 75% sweet. It was just over $4. The amount of boba seemed a little "light", meaning they don't give you much boba. It was ok, for the price my expectations were a little higher. A little watery, maybe my mistake was getting it less sweet. I love Thai tea and this was decent but not the best I've had. Still a fun place to visit, and located right next to the Village shopping center in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's. I would like to try it again, maybe I ordered wrong.

this is my absolute FAVORITE boba place in idaho, i've tried other and nothing will ever compare!

There are so many options to choose from! There are dairy free options as well. We thought the drinks were a bit too sweet, so we couldn't finish them. It would be nice if they had a tiny size to offer. There are plenty of places to sit inside and outside.
