Worst experience ever!  Because they are a privately owned UPS Store, they can basically make up their own rules, including what they choose to accept for shipping.  My boyfriend tried to drop off some packages that he prepaid for on-line, but apparently what he was shipping wasn't allowed by the store.  One of the people there, presumably the owner, said they could not do it so either take the packages back or he would "throw them in the trash."  My boyfriend got into an argument about the legalities and called him an ass and such.  The owner then called the police on him and we had to deal with the police over some petty issue.  Long story short: don't expect to argue with anyone there if you are upset about policies or shoddy service without them calling the police on you.

how could anyoe write such terrible reviews for this place??? I've been going there for years and no matter who helped me or what I was doing, they've always been knowledgable and friendly. chick with the cops and boyfriend? what were you sending? why did he calls the cops? I've never been anywhere where a store owner threatened to call the cops cause I was being rational. sounds like he wasn't liscnsed to ship what you were sending and said that if you left without your package, he'd throw it out cause he couldn't ship it legally. do you really expect someone to break the law so you can ship something? do you need a hug? anyways, I'm a freelance graphic designer whose busiess would suffer if the ups store handled it's own business the way you describe. so it's not you, it's you.
