Whether you use their doggie day-care or overnight boarding, you can trust your dog will be in good hands. They also have boarding for cats. The little cat suites have multiple vertical levels for them to climb up and down, and old wine crates stuffed with cushions for napping.

They're getting their dog (and cat) rescue group, Dog Habitat, up and running! They need foster parents and adopters.

It is not often that you get to be the first to review something on Yelp, so I'm honored to tell you about my new discovery in Greenpoint. Unleashed is brand spanking new, and I highly suggest checking out all that they offer. I'm not a native to Greenpoint, but I'm often in the neighborhood visiting my boyfriend. When I'm there with my dog, it was an inconvenience to find a holistic pet store with the Stella and Chewy's I usually feed him. I was happy to see that they carry it - even the raw food.

They are going to have grooming, day care, boarding, training, a rescue, and a holistic vet. I heard from someone I met at the opening that the trainer there is really good. The staff was really nice and knowledgeable, which always helps. The store is nice and clean, and it is easy to find everything. I can't comment yet on any of their service besides the food and store product, but I'm going to check back when they get everything up and running.

This place is excellent.  The people here really love and care about dogs.  My dog goes to doggy daycare here 2 days a week-sometimes more and comes home tired but very content.   I have lived in other cities and used many dog walking services but I have to say, this is the place that I feel the most comfortable with.  We just came back from Thanksgiving vacation out of town.  Our dog was obviously well cared for for the long weekend.  Thanks Unleashed! We love you!

Back for a follow up! Theodore stayed at Unleash the past 4 nights and came back happy and exhausted! Unleash is great, and I will definitely be using them for his boarding whenever I head out of town. Well done!

Unleash:  Brooklyn is a really cool addition to Greenpoint/North Williamsburg dog scene.  My dog loves his walks with Van while I am at work.   The daycare/boarding space is beautiful and CLEAN, the owners are fabulous, and the staff loves dogs.  Everyone is friendly and trustworthy, and Rob (one of the owners) is always flexible if our schedule changes.

The more I get to know this place and the people,  the more I feel completely blessed to live nearby.   They also have the best pet supplies and innovative products for your pet.   My dog has made great doggie friends and she always returns home well exercised and happy.

I can't say enough about this place.  I just picked my dog up from her first stay at Unleash and I couldn't wait to write a review.

I left my dog at Unleash for a whole weekend - Friday morning to Sunday evening, and it cost me $126 (about $75 less than flying her with me).

Usually, I hear her cry frantically as I walk out the door of a kennel.  Here, I handed the leash to Jay (one of the Unleash partners) and she just went with him and another pup happily and quietly into the play area.  I left, and there was no drama.

My dog is 4 years old, and for her whole life has been rather anti-social and fearful around other dogs.  I have unsuccessfully tried taking her to dog parks to socialize her for years.  (She is not at all aggressive - she just tends to shut down and avoid other dogs completely.)  Imagine my joy when I walked in this evening to pick her up to find her happily playing with 2 other dogs and Rob (one of the Unleash partners).

Before her stay, we had visited Unleash a couple of weeks ago to check it out, and Rob and Jay were very accomodating, giving me a full tour of the facilities and answering any questions I could come up with.

The best features:
A beautiful, clean, fun space
someone to be with your dog 24 hours a day
No restriction to kennels/ cages
Lots of playtime and exercise

And for all of this, the prices are incredible.  Compare the rates to other dog "spas" and "daycares" and boarding facilities, and you will not get this quality of a facility or of service for this price anywhere.

HUGE thumbs up.  As much as I hate leaving my dog behind when I'm out of town, I know she will be in great hands and company.
