They've been pretty good. They even deposited my checks when I was in another country.
While we can withdraw from First Hawaiian ATMs free of charge, we can't deposit unless it's a Calabash or regular UHFCU ATM (which is pretty hard to find!).
The website works fine but it could use a little work to make it look better.
4.5 stars for being awesome in all ways except you sent me a really rude letter when I didn't inform you in writing of my change in address one time. I know you're thinking of your liability and my account's well-being, but you don't have to be so pissy about it... Oh, yeah, and it's irritating when your online banking system is not working.
