What..........I'm sorry what were you saying???? Sorry, I'm not paying attention...I'm watching the door for the mass murderers I'm certain are going to bust through the door at any moment....
Yeah, I was told to stay here...I don't know why a friend would risk my life and limb to stay here.....I'm already going to Fresno for their graduation. Do they really not want to leave here alive. If the heat doesn't kill you the person next door might??
So you're probably asking why the three stars.....
well first off...they do have GAWD GIVEN AC n WIFI in the rooms. did I mention that both were free?? oh yeah!!!!
second....within spitting distance of a really great bobba place....

third....from dodging things that go bump in the night to the oppressive heat.....it's been a while since I felt so alive

I always stay at this hotel when I'm on business in Fresno. The rates are cheap (look for discounts in local travel guides) -- usually around $42/night and the staff are really friendly. It's got a good location directly across from the SaveMart Center and just a few doors down from the DogHouse Grill.
They do have WiFi and a complimentary breakfast (coffee, juice, pastry, cereal). The WifFi is limited to the lobby area only so you might not be able to get it in your room.
Rooms are a good size and are clean for the most part . I spent around 20 nights here over the past year and have only had one bad experience which involved two cockroaches that were easily taken care of with a swipe of a newspaper.
You can find cheaper hotel rooms in Fresno, but at least this one is located in a pretty safe location and gives you a few extra amenities.
