Organize indeed.

I had a Krupp Toaster I brought from this shop,  one of the quartz heating element burned out so I took it in.  The owner Son called and told me he has the part and will fix it right away.

So I pick it up, Son told me, he has the record on that toaster and told me that the other element was replaced about a year ago.  Wow!  I was impressed! He has old repair record of my toaster!

I would recommend this shop for all small appliance repair and purchase!

Really nice people.  Brought a part for my friend shaver.  They are the authorized service for Braun, and Zojirushi.  They are near 17th ave.  Small shop a lot electric stuff here couldn't stay long but gave fast service.
It was very organized and the place was clean not like my bed room.

The first thing I noticed was how well organized and clean the place was on the inside.  Since has such an unassuming little storefront, I was expecting the usual clutter that you would find in little fix it shops.  It is an authorized service center for Braun, so when my Oral-B professional toothbrush stopped working before the 2 year warranty expired, I brought it to this shop.  The owner replaced it then and there and I was home with a brand new handle.

I was very satisfied and will probably go to them in the future if I have small appliances that need repair.

Matt came to this friendly mom/pop's electric store in the outer-Richmond to buy a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker and a new replaceable blade for Matt's razor. This store also carry other assorted quality electric devices including vacuum-cleaners, microwaves, shavers, heaters, fans and other various household gadgets with popular brand names. They do most repairs as well and do it all effectively. No job is difficult for them. The prices are fairly reasonable and slightly cheaper than other retailers.

Matt is a fat-ass supporter for all Mom/Pop's businesses, and this place is no exception. Yelpers: buy all your electric devices here instead of your usual places.

Oh boy do I love this place!!!!

UPDATE:  My third Visit:   just in this week - my ultrasonic cleaner switch broke.   Without that thing -I'm dead in the water at work....anyway Son looked me in the eye with a sincere smile and said:  I can fix it for you right now.  What a godsend.  not only did he fix it immediately  - he put in a better quality switch than the one that came on the unit...only $15

The first time Son (the owner) fixed my big oil space heater in a couple days for $25.

The second time he fixed my broken lamp, and I'm talking *on the spot*  while I waited - now THAT's SERVICE - it was only $10 and I was totally stoked.  The place is crisp and tidy and the service is given with care and alacrity.

These are good people with a good product - I am proud to be a customer!!

This is a great store and I wish there were more like it! I found a blade for my remington razor that I have not been able to find any place else. Plus it was so complicated to install, that the gentleman told me this when I purchased it, and told me he would help me put it on if need be. I didn't believe it, but man was that razor hard to put on. I took it back to him and he helped me right out. Great customer service, great prices, This is a store I like to see do well..

A cute little store that's chock full of every electrical appliance and part imaginable.  I've bought everything from a blender to a vaccuum cleaner, not to mention Kitchen Aid attachments, which no one else in the Richmond district carries.  The prices are comparable to discount stores, but with super-attentive, personal service by Son, the owner.  He's very knowledgeable, resourceful, and handy, too.  He's fixed my oven, light fixtures, and thermostat, and even rewired an antique Moroccan camel-skin lamp so that it now has two lights instead of the original (broken) one.  It looks 200% better than it did before.   Thank you, Son!

I came in here earlier this weekend while my Italian girlfriend and I were looking for a transformer for some of her high wattage European appliances that she'd brought with her.  After unsuccessfully trying our luck at the usual Radio Shacks, Circuit City locations, and sketch-a-tron PAL to NTSC/220 to 110V spots around Union Square and Market St., someone pointed us in the direction of this shop.

Not only was Son, the owner, completely ultra-acommodating, he had us bring our appliances in to test out on the transformer before we dropped $150 on it.  I can't imagine the guys at Ace Hardware up Clement doing that.  Radio Shack wouldn't do that.  That's the sort of intimate level of customer service that's sorely missing these days.

I am 200% positive that the next time I buy a toaster, blender, electric razor, or new vacuum, I am coming here before I go to Best Buy or any big box retailer.  Without hesitation, I would gladly recommend this store to anyone.

He fixed my lamp and re-felted the bottom in one day for under $20. He forgot to give me the harp back, but overall an excellent experience.

After seeing that Son came highly rated, I thought I'd give him a try... This guy is great... He repaired severed cord on a hair dryer,  fast and at a reasonable price...  He did a great job and was very friendly... I'll be recommending him to everyone...
