Review from dan s.
I will make this brief, since if you're looking for a massage therapist, you're probably in pain, as i was. After a bicycle mishap, I could barely move my neck, so I revisited this business after being away for more than a year (I'm not a massage junkie but could easliy become one, if I had the budget).
Stacey (or Anastasia, as she now prefers to be called) is a fantastic therapist. Her prices are very fair, bordering on a bargain (she offers a sliding scale).
She also offers life coaching, motivational training. Frankly, I'm not interested in any of that, nor does she try to sell it. She's just really good at massage.
Give her a try, you'll thank me later. -

SIGH....If I could give more stars I would! Stacey is a miracle worker! I went in for a prenatal massage hoping that some of my tension & sciatica pain would be worked away. I was so relaxed I fell asleep halfway through!
Like the previous Yelpers mentioned, Stacey really listens & focused on the areas I needed worked, which were along my spine & the sciatica. Even my husband commented that he had never seen me look so relaxed before, so I must have been on Cloud 9 after my session with Stacey.
Rates are extremely reasonable. If you go to Stacey's webpage/blog, you can sign-up to receive coupons. Regardless, her rates are affordable. I'm going to try to swing another visit before I leave SF. :)
I will note that if you are looking for a "spa" experience, this is not the place for you. There are no frills (e.g., rainforest showers, steam room, etc.). BUT, if you want a heavenly massage, definitely go see Stacey! -

Wow. I went to see Stacey today, not having had a massage in years. I didn't know what to ask for, but she sat with me and after a few minutes of discussion she went to work. I felt like my body was on some kind of vacation! She's got a great touch and expert use of the hot stones, but what best of all she made me feel welcome and comfortable with the entire process. I was in a fantastic mood for the rest of the day.
Of course now I may have to figure visits to Stacey into my budget but whatever, totally worth it. -

I went to Stacy for the first time last month. I have tried a few places in the city, but feel that Unity Complete Wellness has been the best. The rates are great and reasonable so that you can return and receive more frequent massages. Stacy is the nicest person and she make you feel very comfortable. Her office is very relaxing. I have a lot of stress and tension in my back and Stacy was able to work through it. I almost feel a sleep a few times because I was so relaxed and it is hard for me to relax. The effects of the massage even lasted for a few days. I also enjoyed the Reiki that she did at the end of the massage. I can't wait to go back.

I've been getting massages from Stacey for about two years now and I have never had a complaint. She is an extremely talented massage therapist with affordable rates and her schedule is always flexible. She really listens to what I ask for and my body thanks her every two weeks! I recommend her to any one who isn't afraid of getting hooked on her treatments! : )

Still visiting Anastasia after 2-1/2 years. That's saying something coming from someone who has never been loyal to anyone other than her hairdresser (Denise at Kookla) and can't keep a maid for longer than 3 visits or so. In need of a relaxing environmnet and an awesome 2 hour massage? Visit Anastasia - you can book online at her website.
