I hate post offices. I hate the dmv. I hate government workers.
I like this post office. They treat you with kindness and don't act like they're more superior than you just because they get to wear a uniform.
I love how small this place is and how that doesn't mean they don't have everything that other post offices have (double negative = they DO have everything here).
Maybe I just don't go in very often so I'm not one of the "locals"
Went in today to mail a letter. 1 person in line, one being helped and one postal worker. While I'm waiting another postal worker walks in talking and laughing with someone. Tells her to wait at the end of the line and goes behind the counter and calls her up and helps her before me and the other person waiting. Fairly lame. I went to postal annex and mailed my letter.
These guys have saved my ass a few times!
Yay for small, local post offices.
This is the cutest little post office with the nicest postal workers. Russ and Eve have been here for years and they know the locals names which is cool. Makes you feel like you live in a small town. They aren't opened on Saturdays and don't have all the bells and whistles of the larger Post Offices but it has such good energy it make you want to personally post your letters here.
