This place is a decent theatre to scope out the latest flicks. Like all theatres, watch out for the overpriced concession stand, but tickets are reasonably priced and the surrounding atmosphere is welcoming and comforting.

Extra score here for allowing people 21 and up to purchase as many tickets as they want for an R rated movie. Now I know where to take all the high-school chicks...

Seriously though, I also like that they have a reminder before you enter the screening room to silence your cell phones - as well as a posting telling you not to text. Nice touch, 'cause I hate being distracted by those blinding white screens that pop open in the middle of an intense action scene.

Matinee prices, at press time, are $7 a pop which is an alright deal if you ask me. Cheap movie tickets and they look out for you with people on the cell phones and texting. Word 'em up! If I'm around the Walled Lake area and I just HAVE to see a flick... then I wouldn't rule this place out.

I first started going to movies herein the late 90s when it opened.. at the time it was a big deal...  but as they say.. technology becomes outdated quickly.

The theatre feels no better than it did in the 90s..  It's expensive, poor quality popcorn... Was there yesterday for a 12:10 showing and was served up a nice big expensive bag of STALE popcorn!

Drive to Emagine instead, pay less money and get higher quality!

Don't subject yourself to this theater.  Drive 10 extra minutes and go to the Livonia AMC 20 or Emagine instead.  This is the theater closest to my house and started going here since the day it opened.  The first couple years were really great.  It was one of the first stadium-seating theaters in the area and it was well managed.

Starting in about 2001 or 2002  it really went downhill.  Suddenly it because overrun with jr high/high school kids that were obnoxious and they took over the theater.  Their parents would just drop them at the door and leave them for hours to hang around and be annoying.

That was just the beginning, though.  In recent years EVERY time I've gone there there has been something wrong with the actual movie itself.  The sound was too quiet, the picture had focus problems, or (more than once) the movie just flat out stopped and we had to leave.

Don't be fooled by how the theater looks (ie. fairly new).  It's so far below you other local options that it's a crime to give them your hard earned money.

Average theater.  I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no one there.  I love having the place to myself.  Decent seats.

Closest theater to our house that has a lot to be desired. Drive extra 10 minutes and go with emagine novo instead.

It's just your average regular movie theater. FYI all movies on Tuesday's are $5. The sound was decent, nothing went wrong with the film. Concessions are expensive like all theaters. Nothing special, but I didn't want to run away from the place.

Eh, I believe this theater to be mediocre. I wasn't really ever impressed with the service, selection of movies, or anything at this theater. It's very messy. Depending on where you're at, I would say it's worth taking the drive to the Emagine Theater in Novi, though it's a little bit more expensive, but the whole experience is much MUCH better as a whole. The actual movie theaters are cleaner and the staff is much more friendly.

Came here to see Slumdog Millionaire at 3:50 p.m. with the aarp crowd.  Clean theater, raucous crowd, good times.

I concur with all the other reviews. More expensive than Emagine, and not even close to the experience. You want popcorn that was popped this morning (or yesterday) and served cold with some butter on it? You got your place.

Picture and sound were fine, but the seats were horrible! Absolutely no padding and I could feel the plastic bars in the back and say the entire time. First and last time I'll attend this theatre, which is disappointing since I live less than a mile away.

This is our local movie theatre & we go almost every week, yeah nothing special, your normally cookie cutter mega plex, but we have the regal club card & free Movie tickets, free popcorn every few weeks is enough to earn our business. Emagine in Novi is better also matinee tickets her are $7 vs $5 at Emagine so perhaps its time for a change ???????????

We went here instead of Emagine because we happened to be on that side of town... in the future we will just drive to Fountain Walk no matter where we happen to be.

It was clean enough, but a little old-school looking compared to how nice theatres have gotten in the last 10 years or so. The picture quality of the movie itself left a bit to be desired, and the screen was smaller than what you see in the more high-end theatres. The worst part? $7 for a matinee is actually MORE EXPENSIVE than Emagine. Who in their right mind would pay extra for this place?

Also, the popcorn was less than stellar and that always makes me sad.
