This theater is my favorite movie theater! I used to drive all the way here for a movie when I lived in Queens! Now that I live closer, this is definitely my go-to theater. Their reclining seats are so spacious and comfy. You select your seats when you purchase your tkts. Purchase your tkts at the boxoffice to avoid all those online fees! You can purchase tkts in advance or on the day of.

Movie ticket prices these days are absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I used to go to the movies every single week but stopped going for a long time, because it got so expensive. I just recently started going to the movies again because Regal offers lots of discount deals:

-- "Regal Unlimited" (around $24/Month but varies w.location): This pass is ideal for the movie fiends!! lol For less than the cost of two tickets a month, you'll see as many 2D movies as you want, as many times as you want, whenever you want. There are no blackout dates or limits to how many movies you can see in a day. And if you want to see a movie in a premium format like 4DX, IMAX, or ScreenX, you just pay a surcharge to cover the difference in ticket price. RPX showtimes are surcharge-free! Regal Unlimited plans start in either 3-month or 12-month subscriptions. You can either pay for the full commitment up front or pay monthly. You can earn a free month of Regal Unlimited when you refer a friend!
      Other perks w.Unlimited Plan:
-- 10% off of all food and non-alcoholic drinks
-- A free large popcorn and soft drink gifted to you on your birthday
-- Early access to new movies with Regal Unlimited Screenings
-- Opportunities to bring a friend for free to select showings
      -- 100 Credits per $1 Spent

If you don't want to commit to their Unlimited Monthly Pass, there are other options:
--- Monday Mystery Movie ($5): offered on select Mondays (not every Monday). You really have no idea what movie you're doing to see until the movie starts! The only hint as to what movie you're seeing is the movie rating (PG, PG-13, R, etc). Other than that, it really is a big mystery! If you look on Reddit, there is an ongoing chat with ppl trying to guess what the Mystery Movie will be. (Those conversations are hysterical). I've seen some bad movies but I've seen some really great ones also.
--- Tuesday's $7.50 All Day Tickets: this used to be $7 but the price recently increased to $7.50...still a great deal, compared to regular priced tkts. Unlike the Monday Mystery Movie, you can select whichever movie you'd like to see; even new releases! (There is an upcharge for different movie format other than 2D).

      Hope this information helps!
See you at the movies! :D

The cinema has a huge parking lot and every time o am going there, there are not many people, which is excellent. Some of the seats are broken, but those that work are super comfortable; the popcorn is tasty, and I never get butter, so it is crunchy and delicious. People are accommodating and polite. I don't know what else you should expect from the movie theater.

Still?! STILL no hot food?! What a disappointment. There food menu has dwindled to the selection of old days Hot dogs, nacho and popcorn. On the plus side, parking is never a issue.

Popcorn is good I had to say that because I've had some oily popcorn with no salt in a few other movie theaters. The cherry slushy was good as well. The service was cool nothing fantastic or terrible. Movie theater was clean, chairs are a little worn in certain areas.

      I paid 44 $ for Oppenheimer
      Westbury IMAX
      Two tickets
      another 37$ for
      2 popcorn and 2 water
      No problem except;

The sound system vocals are garbled with the special effects sound
      It should be separated onto
sidewall speakers that need to be added
I have perfect hearing and it's lame sound engineering for a IMAX theater experience
It's also I missed half the dialogue

This is a very sad theater, and their popcorn is terrible. We used to be frequent visitors when our kids were growing up, but now only see a film here if there are no other options...

This place smells so bad!!!!. The seats are garbage. Literally falling apart. Rips in the fabric. . It's the trashiest eater I have ever seen. And a bottle of water cost $6. This place needs to be closed. I felt dirty even sitting in the seats. Worst theater I have ever been too. Disgusting

My go to movie theater. Spacious parking and always clean.

Away from congested overpriced filthy theaters in Queens.

This place is in disrepair. Look at the assigned seat I reluctantly had to sit in. Staff was rude, concession seemed happy to tell me they were sold out of popcorn buckets.

Horrible customer service. I purchased tickets for Oppenheimer and Barbie for 7/22. Once I hit purchase, the email confirmation and the webpage screen image and ticket hard copy printout did not match, having different times. Seeing the mistaken webpage and printout, I hit cancel, which states I will get later confirmation of cancellation. Then I got email with the tickets with the times I had originally chosen. And there is no one to clear up discrepancy. Or, state which tickets I got or were all tickets canceled. Every call to Regal Westbury is just recorded messages followed by a hang-up. National website which the Regal Westbury recordings refer you to has no phone number or way to confirm the tickets. I sent an email to the national company. But, no information given when there will be a response. May be I will withdraw or change review if someone actually gets back to me.
