This theater complex is the closest to me but I'd rather go a little further to the Landmark, if they are showing what I want to see.

The individual theaters are small, but hardly ever crowded even just the day after a huge movie opens (think Transformers). The teenagers behind the concession counter are trained to rush customers into agreeing to things like a large popcorn and large drink for close to $20. Be prepared to know exactly what you want (if you can decipher the ridiculously splashy menu) or stand your ground.

Cleanliness has declined since the theater opened and is now on par with an Elvis cinema. It's not horrible, but when one goes someplace like the Landmark, the difference is remarkable.

The temperature always seems just right to me. I bring a sweatshirt, (I'm middle-aged that way) but have never had to wear it. I'd go up to 2.5 stars for that.

Check out the free family movies in summer!

I agree that the convenience of other options for entertainment in the area is nice. I've been a couple of times, and it's always very quiet, even when it seems to be difficult to find a place to park. I think that is part of my problem, for the fact that there are so many restaurants in the same place; parking can be a bit of a headache. Other then that, my only complaint is that they don't seem to spread out their movie showings very well in regards to time. They all pretty much start and end at the same time which I guess is great for the movie theater because they can have a cleaning schedule and all but for someone trying to just stop in and see a movie without checking the times in the advance you are kind of screwed. Spontaneity is not authorized! You may end up having to waste a couple hours and wait until the next round of movies start.

This is a pretty good theatre. It has tons of restaurants and a few bars nearby so you can make a night of it. Parking may be tight but other than that its your typical big screen movie house. Usually its not too crowded either.
