Unique Sounds & Auto Access

We decided to install some new speakers in our new car as it will be our last, but we kept the original head unit.
With almost perfect 5 stars, we decided to use this company.
We were greeted by the owner himself Mitch. Such a professional and extremely nice guy.
He never tried to upsell anything we did not need or want. He presented us with a full package at a great price.
Kahlid is his brother whom is also extremely professional and very nicely mannered as well.. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond getting our system just perfect.
Now none of this was possible without the stereo technician Sean. The car was clean and sounds amazing.
Now a surprise I got is I love bass. The hubby not so much lol
He comes home with the car and under 1 front seat is a compact sub and under the other is an amp to drive the 4 speakers. (all totally hidden)
Crisp clean sound with just enough bass that I am a happy girl!!
They also put a control knob under the dash for controlling the sub depending on who's driving. Great convenience for us both.

If you're ever looking to get your windows tinted, this is the place to go, Mitch and his team their treat you like family and make sure that you're done right quickly and efficiently and the same day. I did not have much knowledge about getting my 2008 Toyota Tacoma a backup camera but Mitch sure did. NO High Pressure Sales here. He was friendly, courteous and truly had my interests first! I was provided 3 options for my vehicle which I was surprised I would even have a choice. Very reasonable pricing and labor cost but most important was his patience in helping me choose what electronics were best for my budget. I got exactly what I needed for my older vehicle and all fully installed same day...Actually within hours.
All looks factory installed and they even matched the framing to my interior, perfectly!
Would I go back? Absolutely! Would I recommend Unique Sounds and Auto Access to my family and friends? 100% I would and twice on Sunday.

I have always had big audio systems, and usually frequent stores in Reno. But seriously, drive to Carson, and get to Unique Sounds. Mitch and the whole gang are amazing. Fair prices, and amazing customer service. The work is no less than impeccable. I had Unique replace my head unit, and speakers (only keeping my subs), and my truck now sounds better than I have ever heard it before, even when the last was new, 100% better. Mitch directed me to a great system with his knowledge.
Everything was amazingly clean and the sound, just awe struck. Thought I might shatter some windows.

They know their stuff and have really good service and quality install of their products. I would give them perfect but they didn't tell me a range of how long the car would be since I drove in 40 minutes to have it done and told them I would be waiting. He made it seem like it would ve a few hours maybe 3 max 4 hours. I came in at exactly 10am and left after 4pm.

Every hour after 4 hours seems like eternity when you were hoping it would be lesser than more especially since most people want to under promise and over deliver.

Well I guess that's what happens when you're the only one in the area that does these type of services really well. You no longer care to impress in every area. Just the ones that matter.

Other than that I'm happy they did a good install on my truck and I don't have to go through that again anytime soon. The next time I'll invest in an uber even if the ride will cost $100 round trip
