How do I start by telling you how wonderful Jen is?! She is excellent with her facials, waxing, etc. I had a zit by my eyebrow that had a heart beat of it's own! I'd called her up and she fit me right in. She worked on it and removed the heartbeat of my zit and because it was so GiNormous that I had to go back again for her to extract more of it - for FREE the second time. This has shown me how much she cared and put her heart into her job.
She even went above and beyond by throwing some other work on my face without charging and I know that blue light is another $50 somewhere else but, she gave it to me because I needed it! How wonderful.
Oh, and I had her do my eyebrow and lip wax and it's been almost two weeks, no sign of any growth coming back! Whatever wax she uses, it's amazing - just like her!
Definitely going back to her for my facial's keep up!

Wow! This place is unbelievable! Not to mention the manager Jennifer too! First off, her place is located off of Burlingame Avenue in a small nail salon, where the ladies are also very welcoming as you enter the shop. The atmosphere is very cozy, relaxing, and especially well organized. As you walk further to the back of the salon, that's where Jen will work her magical touch and turn your skin into pure elegant softness! I go here to get my eyebrows waxed and shaped every 2 months or so. What I like most about Jen is that she extremely thorough with every single process, she puts forth time and effort when satisifing her customer's daily beauty needs. While being in the skincare and makeup industry for over ten years, Jennifer is very knowledgable when it comes to dermatology and skin care.. no hesitation at all! She will highly recommend the best products when you are in need of a suggested maintenance. I highly recommend anyone who is desiring to experience the best facial and waxing of your life to definitely book an appointment with Jen, because she is the BEST in the area. I've gone to other estheticians around the area, but no one has her passion and urgency to do what she loves the most. Also, if anyone is looking for a good makeup artist for weddings, she also is welcomed to provide the utmost service for your makeup needs!

I had my bridal makeup done with Jen. My pictures turned out great and the makeup stayed on all night long. She was also very accomadating and promptly arrived at my mom's house to apply the makeup. I onl y wish that she was in my bathroom everyday to fix my makeup. :(

Jennifer did my make-up for my wedding day and she did a fabulous job. My make-up stayed on all day, even after crying during our ceremony. She's very easy going and offered great suggestions during our trial and on the day of, was prompt and professional. Timing wise, she was right on time for my wedding, but for a friend of mine who had four bridesmaid, plus the bride, she was a little slow on getting everyone done. Based on my friend's experience, I kept my hotel room quiet w/minimal distractions and she was perfect.

I have had several Sonopeel Facials with Jennifer and can't wait to go back for more! She is extremely thorough and I noticed that she takes great care in remembering important individual details about her clients' skin needs. My skin really reacted well to her treatments and to her suggested maintenance regime. I feel like my skin is looking much more hydrated and healthy under Jennifer's care!!!

I got my eyebrows shaped today and it was an experience. Jennifer was great. This was such a different experience from my past brow waxings at another place. It WASN'T the pain I've experienced at the other place, no tear running down my face, I DIDN'T feel like my brows were on fire & my brows WEREN'T all red when she was done. I left there feeling relaxed. It was like a mini spa hour. I was so surprised by the lack of pain, I got on the phone when I was done to let my friends know that getting waxed doesn't have to hurt.

I couldn't have asked for more from my visit to UE. Let's just say I found myself in a very stressful day, frazzled from errands & appts among other things. Jennifer Chang, the Owner/Esthetician, goes above & beyond for you as a client. Whether it's a visit for wedding makeup, waxing, a facial, brow design, or simply a consultation, she offers her professional expertise, nurturing care, & personal rapport. I came in that one stressful day a mess... 2 hrs later, after a Brow Design, Calming & Soothing Facial w/ a touch of Chocolate Decadence, I felt renewed & my stresses were lifted. Jennifer is an infectious advocate for a healthy lifestyle & beauty regimen... she's recommended some of my favorite products & I have very sensitive skin... Lastly, to sum up her expertise in Wedding Make-Up... FLAWLESS & RELIABLE... you will not be dissapointed.

I have been going to Jennifer for many years now, and am thrilled that she opened her own place! I usually go to Jennifer and let her decide by the texture and condition of my skin, what she would recommend. Sometimes it is a deep cleansing facials, sonopeel or an oxygen facial. I trust Jennifer - she knows her stuff and would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a esthetician that will take great care in your skin and customize a treatment for you. She is super friendly and nice - and will give you tips on how to keep your skin looking great inbetween your facials. She does an awesome job, too, with brow shaping.

I had a great facial with Jennifer. She took her time and didn't rush me through the process as some other places do. I have sensitive skin and she made sure to use products that wouldn't leave me with a rash on my face. She did several different procedures on me. I especially liked the Chocolate Decadence facial. I've also been using the Skinceuticals line of facial products she recommended and am very happy with them. Jennifer also does awesome make-up! She did my make-up for a wedding I was in and never felt more beautiful. I've had other make-up artists make me look like a drag queen. She makes you still look like you, only better!
