Definitley not your Embassy Suites, but really a good hotel. The rooms are a little boring, you thing they would show some more Purdue pride in them, since after all the hotel is located on campus in the Student Union... but it's pretty typical. Beds, dressers, bathroom, some rooms may have a mini fridge, but mine never did. I don't think they even have a swimming pool, which is weird for a hotel, but then again you're on campus and most people staying here are here for school business or future students checking out the place.

No free breakfast, but if you are traveling here during one of the student tour events throughout the year, you will get a complimentary breakfast at the classy Sagamore Restaurant upstairs in the Union Club. Otherwise there's plenty of fast food-ish places to eat in The Student Union (a cereal bar, smoothie place, pizza, chinese...).

I loved The Union Club because it made my family feel like they were apart of campus and living like a college student. My mother used to embarrass me and drool at the ''college boys'' that would pass by the window outside. Free internet in the rooms, but it's not connected to the wireless internet on campus, you have to use an e-thernet cord that they provide.

Beds are a bit hard, but it's all about the thrill of being at Purdue!! I saw them put in new beds in the spring of 2007. There's also a small gym on the first floor. But if you're really bored you can go down to the basement in the Student Union and play a game of bowling at the Rack-N-Roll lanes.

Not the best hotel that i have stayed at... the gym is pretty small with ond stuff and the beds are rock hard with bad pillows... what it lacks in confort it makes up for in location... it is connected to the student union and there is access to the tunnel system from it... so if you have to be in at Purdue i would stay there since it is so close... but dont expect the best night of sleep... also some of my coworkers commented on the thin walls...
