Pleasant branch to visit. Since it's in coastal Encinitas, it's not usually too busy. Oddly, though, that doesn't mean you'll get quick attention!
Usually, the tellers seem to keep busy enough that you have a little wait. Most often, the staff not behind the glass are busy on the phone, so if you need them, maybe it's better to call. -
