1 check-inShoes on shoes. Cool La Brea flagship / highlight location.
Come here to look, but unless they've got something that they're trying to get rid of .. don't expect to be a savvy shopper here.
Then again, if you're actually here to buy some kicks you could probably care less if you saved $10 or $20. -

1 check-inCustomer service was great. The workers were attentive and I was asked if I needed any help the moment I walked in. I was surprised to see a women's selection of shoes. Even though I didn't buy anything (but I should have), I was eyeing a pair of air max 90s which were $20 cheaper than a previous store I was at.

1 check-inCool laid back sneaker head environment. I absolutely love the layout of this store. They do have a good selection of new releases as well as exclusives that I've never seen at the mall. So if you're looking for something to cop that you won't find at footlocker come here!

I love this store! My friends and I always pop in to see what they have while waiting to eat at Sugarfish. The last time I was there, the tall worker with a the Bart Simpson-like haircut and beard help me try on a pair of Puma Creepers. He was attentive, patient and fun to talk to even though I ended up not buying the shoes since the sizing was off. It was a comfortable experience, and I'll definitely continue going back whenever I need some fresh kicks.

This review is strictly on customer service. I come here quite often and always get the same experience. If I'm not dressed "the part" or like a hype beast, no one will ask me if I need help. The guys are all actually pretty cool, but the girl who works there is snobby!!!!! She thinks she's better than everyone in there, with her wack ass outfits. Someone needs to remind her that she's just working retail and to get her head outta her ass

Nice store but as everyone said. Worst customer service. 3 dudes in front talking about god knows what, but finally some dude in the back comes out to ring up my order.
I literally walked in picked up a hat and waited 15 minutes before they rung me up. Im the only one in the store btw. Wont be back and will drive to the sunset store, and that says a lot. -

This one star is for the blonde dude with long hair who greeted and helped me. Four plain, empty assholes to the woman at the register(Sat. 07/17/2015). If you can't even put on at least a shit fake smile instead of your "bitch better have ma money" face, why working retail? Not to mention constantly cursing, side chatting about your schedule while I was paying, like I was invisible. I mean seriously? You think you're more badass than those mfkrs at Supreme? Even they don't use the f word. How did this piece of shit get hired anyway?

I love the new store location since it is bigger with more variety of selections. But the staff here didn't really try to help, and they were quite absent-minded. I came here and bought a pair of shoes and unfortunately, they gave me a wrong shoe box for the shoes that I purchased. Moreover, the shoes supposed to come with 3 pairs of different shoe laces but they only gave me two pairs and told me that's the way it is.
Don't forget they only do store credit if you want to return something. Will I come again? Absolutely not. -

1 check-inCool sneaker shop I found after have brunch. Seemed very urban/modern/trendy. They have all kinds of Nike's, Converse and New Balance shoes in awesome bright colors. They have women sneakers too but not as much as men's. Though the women's selection they had was pretty good. Saw this cute all black Nike with floral prints on them. Very summery and tropical vibe. Loved it! They also carry men's apparel as well. Lots of people shopping in the store. Everyone goes for the shoes so lots of people crowded in the left front of the store. Trendy store with cool kicks.

I totally agree worst customer service. 2 guys, one girl just chatting it up I'm here trying to buy $200 pair of shoes and they were just rude. Side conversations the whole. I asked a question about the shoe I wanted to purchase and the guy at the cashier was just plain rude. I had the shoes and was about to pay and decided I would take my business elsewhere. And I did. Living in the neighborhood i recommend going elsewhere.

7 check-insThe new location is way better than the old one across the street, now I can check out the latest sneakers and undefeated gear without ass bumping with random dudes as I bend over to check out some bottom shelf gear. You can always count on these guys to get the latest greatest in sneakers. They obviously carry a full selection of their own line which is great, especially since they make a lot of different sweatpants, me being someone that doesn't wear jeans, because jeans are soooooooooo 2 years ago, sweatpants are a must.

1 check-inUndefeated is one of my favorite stores. The employees are super chill and it never feels like you have to buy something although you totally should. I like to go there for Nikes. Although this location is street parking only, I always luck out and find good parking without having to park in the meters. Another cool thing about Undefeated is that it is right next door to Stussy so it's perfect for going shopping for fresh new kicks then heading over to Stussy to find an outfit to match! Oh! Ladies, be careful with sitting on the bench to try on shoes. Although it's a super cute bench with a classy fountain, it's no fun if you accidentally knock your Michael Kors bag into the water. That happened to me. It was really cool that the employee asked me if my bag was ok and checked on it for me. Luckily, my bag was ok! Be aware of where you place your bag ladies!
I hope this review helps you decide on where to pick up your next pair of kicks! :) -

1 check-inIt's a pretty cool place! They sell a lot of outstanding shoes, however, they lacked a little bit of women's shoes...and size. The people who work there are extremely nice and friendly tho! I just wished they have a bigger collection of merchandise.

Going here legitimately makes me not like humans. I've walked in here five times. Never once has someone asked me I wanted to try a shoe on. So I've stood there holding a shoe in my hand looking for an employee. No idea what they are doing. I'm not even sure I've ever seen someone buy a pair of shoes from this place. Is it a social club, or a shoe store?
