Neighborhood: Brooklyn/Park SlopeThe ice-cream is overloaded with sugar and underloaded with fat, which results in a disappointing experience (your taste buds give up in frustration after the first two bites, since there's nothing to taste except the sugar itself). My milkshake also had a weird chemical after-taste and thus went into the trash half-finished.

This ice cream is really simple, but really good. It's definitely above average. I often crave their mint chocolate chip in the summer. OK in the winter too.

I'm mildly allergic to white sugar and milk products, but I love to eat so much that I can't stop myself from eating the wonderful things these products have to offer.
Before Uncle Louie G's, I rarely ate icecream. If I had to fill a milk or sugar craving, I ate cheese, or perhaps a fruit.
But Uncle Louie G's icecream changed everything. Even though it's a chain, their icecream tastes homemade. Not chemical or synthetic, just plain GREAT tasting, quality icecream.
It's the best icecream I have ever tasted. They have dozens of imaginative flavors, from strawberry cheesecake to peanut butter cookie dough, all of them heavenly, and entirely addictive.
They have locations all over the city, so the next time you're craving icecream, try it!!!!!!!

Best Ice Cream in Brooklyn in my opinion. All the fat, calories, and flavors you could ever want. And their ice cream tastes even better at Coney Island.
