Need more interesting places like this.
Very unique stuff to browse and buy.

Uberbot is one of those unique, weird stores that you don't see too often in the Central Florida area. They sell lots of odd clothes, DVDs and collectibles (? or maybe they are considered toys?). Anyway, I am actually not interested in any of this stuff for sale, but I could definitely tell by going in here that a lot of people are.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the store is pretty cool. It is definitely a great place to take a look around when you are in the area, as you don't see such unique stores like this too often.
I would first like to say that i'm not sure how many stars to give Uberbot, since I really have no idea what other stores are like that sell similar toys? It was a new experience for me, so just keep that in mind.
I immediately noticed that it didn't sell typical items. As the storefront states, "pop culture" is the focus of Uberbot's merchandise. The main items I did notice were comic books and other related items such as posters, artwork, and figurines. It was definitely different for me, but not in a bad way, more of a nifty one.
I would definitely be curious to hear what other yelpers (who enjoy their stuff) think after visiting??
As far as I know, Uberbot is the only store of it's kind in Orlando. Nestled in the Winter Park Village shopping center, inside you'll find a wide array of vinyl dolls, comic books, action figures, and other merchandise inspired by Japanese culture.
The front of the store features glass cases, displaying vinyl dolls painted, colored, and otherwise modified by local artists.
There's also often a cute doggy sleeping in the corner. =D
Five stars because it's something in a town full of nothing.
This is a great place to find those small boxed mystery toys and similar collectibles. They've also got comic books, graphic novels and super hero toys. The original art displays and events are more good reasons to drop by the store regularly.
It's too bad that this store happens to be in Winter Park Village shopping plaza, where the parking situation is just lousy.
Love this place! I was in Orlando for a weekend and walked by this place. I love designer toys and they had a full line of kidrobot products and other vinyl toys I wasn't familiar with, including tokidoki. They also have other types of modern art, clothing, Japanese stuff (including sodas!) and other types of comic art. It's a very different type of store in what is otherwise a bland suburban shopping center.
