Great experience here, Eric was the professional who assisted me with upgrading a device. Eric was informative, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I appreciate the options I was offered, the pros and cons of each item I was considering, and the explanation of charges. There's no reason to go anywhere else to upgrade or add on devices, we'll be going to upgrade my wife's phones as well.

I brought my mom here to finally upgrade her iPhone 5 to an iPhone 13. Rachel was incredibly helpful and kind. She was very informative and transparent and did not push any changes or purchases that my mom wasn't comfortable with.

I went into this AT&T location in Glastonbury to try and get some issues with my account resolved.
I was immediately approached by Eric G with a smile and a handshake.
Eric was very professional and definitely knew his stuff.
He was able to sync our accounts to 1 account and still keep our unlimited data, which was a huge concern of mine. He also saved us quite a bit on our bill just by asking us a few questions and bundling our phone bill with our Direct TV account.
I was also in the market for a new Samsung phone as my old Note 3 was starting to have issues. Eric went over the features of the new Note 5 as well as the New iPhone 6s Plus.
As much as I love my samsung phone, the new iPhone seemed to be the best bang for my buck.
I decided on the iPhone and Eric set it all up for me.
I will definitely go to Eric for all my future needs.

3 Customers 3 employee and I've still been waiting over 30 minutes.

Eric was extremely helpful. I had both my kids with me which can be trying. He kept them entertained and I came out of the store with the upgrade I needed and a full understanding of my bill!
