Friendly, fast oil change and tire rotation. According to my dash, I needed the rear differential fluid replaced. This is usually a more expensive service than your typical fluid top off. Ty and his team checked to see if my car needed it and it didn't! Instead of doing it anyway and charging me for it, Ty was honest and said it didn't need it. I appreciate the honesty and transparency!

I am 57 years old and Ty, or one of his employees have put a wrench on every car I've ever owned. I've always received top resale pricing because of how well my cars have been maintained. Not only that Ty and his employees are always willing to go the extra mile even if it's just a show me how to change my own brake light. 10 out of 10 highly recommend, how often can you find an honest mechanic? These guys fit the bill!

I just called to find out how much for an oil change using my own supplies. I've done this elsewhere for $15 for probably 15 yrs or more. I was told by Ty's that it would be $38! That is about what it would probably cost for a regular oil change without my own supplies, and for regular oil, not the synthetic that I use. What a RIP-OFF! When I had called maybe a year or more ago to check out their pricing, they had quoted me $20, so I just kept going to my old place. What substantiates the rise from $20 to $38? Nothing. It's obvious that they do not want the business and I find this absolutely unbelievable! I wanted to find another shop in the area to switch to, and this would have been the perfect way to do it! Ty's totally failed in this, and I am absolutely not impressed in any positive way. Very negative; watch out!

This is the go to shop to not get taken advantage of and to hear exactly whats going on.

I'm a longtime customer and know this place is the best. When my car broke down I towed it to the closest place and at that shop they wanted to charge way over what it eventually cost at Ty's. Because at Ty's they fix what is wrong and don't pad the bill with unnecessary additional work. This is the only place to get work done on your car/truck in Indy!

While at Auto Zone buying windshield wipers, and not knowing how to install them, one of the employee's from Ty's helped me out. When asked if I could pay him, he said, "No" just come visit us he next time you have car trouble.

Well, one of the lights on my dashboard went on so I remembered Ty's and went there during my lunch. Ty, himself, helped diagnose the light, explained what was wrong, and what my options were. I mentioned how I drive back and forth to Chicago a lot and after his explanation, I felt informed and confident that I was in good hands.

My new favorite automotive shop!

This shop does good work. For someone who knows nothing about cars, it's nice to not feel taken by a business. When I had a less than desirable experience, the owner reached out and made it right. Highly recommend.

I've gone to other auto shops and never gotten the quality of service that I get at Ty's. I recommend them to anyone looking for an auto shop!

I had to have my car towed and had no idea where to take it. Based on the reviews, I chose Ty's. I was so pleased. They got to it much more quickly than I expected. I have no idea what a starter should cost but it seemed reasonable. I will certainly use them again

Helped me fix my tire by fixing the tire valve and did a great job with my oil change.
