They treated me like family. I came in and they said help yourself to hot chocolate, coffee, or tea not only that but my wife made chicken and rice and if you don't want it now you can take it to go. Tupperware was provided and he showed me to the kitchen. The check in process was painless and overall had a good experience with the customer service. My car feels and sounds great. I will definitely be a regular at this establishment.

Tyrol Automotive is a rarity in the automotive service industry. I have never come across another mechanic that treated me as well as Tyrol Auto LLC and provided such quality and transparent service. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, thankfully I found Tyrol Auto and have not had to worry. When you find a good mechanic you hang onto them, and Tyrol Auto LLC is one to hang onto!

Precise, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Tom had one of the techs check out the brake issue before he even brought it in, then, he gave me an accurate estimate for the work needed. I'll be using them now for every maintenance need. Thanks guys!

5 isn't enough stars on here for these guys. These are good, honest mechanics. They won't sell you on things you don't need, will discuss what's going on, the implications, and be fair on price. These guys are like a jack of all trades, master of ALL. Significantly less pricey than some other places too. Last time I was here, it was less than the estimate too. Obviously nobody likes to spend money on auto repair but here you can trust that you got a good value, quality work, and support an honest small family business.

I had my car towed to Tyrol Automotive not noting anything about them and glad I did. You never know if a garage is going to treat you right and this place is top notch. Tom texted me throughout the day with a status of what was found and options for me to get my car back without a costly bill. These guys are honest and I would come back for sure.

Seriously the best mechanics ever! These guys are prompt, honest and have the best customer service I've had ANYWHERE. As a woman, I've had many bad experiences with getting auto repairs, but Tom and his team always make sure to communicate with you about work needed and timelines. They don't try to tack on a stack of extras you don't need and always go the extra mile to make something that can be stressful so much easier. Can't recommend enough!! A++++

There are very few things in life more important (and harder to achieve) than finding a good mechanic that you trust. I sleep well at night knowing that I found Tommy and the team at Tyrol Automotive. You feel safer driving a car that has been to their shop and absolute confidence in their expertise and honesty. I cannot send enough friends, family, and random strangers to the shop and will never bring my car anywhere else. Honest, experienced, personal .. Could NOT be happier with everything about the experience. He's also certified to perform work under most manufacturer warranties so bypass the cost and headache of getting serviced at a dealership!

Just bought the second car in two years from Tyrol. Absolutely the fairest and most honest guys I have ever used. They operate at a higher standard than anyone in the area.
