I don't think I could say enough good things about Two Left Feet. I first heard about it as it was described as the Mecca of dancing in the Bay Area, so I gave it a shot and was thoroughly impressed.
I've been taking lessons there for West Coast Swing and Night Club Two Step, and the instructors are knowledgable, patient, and personable. I particularly like their Monday classes the best. However Fridays and Saturdays are the best nights to go for social dancing, when every dancer imaginable is there. (Food is provided Mondays and Saturdays.) -

My parents go here for ballroom dancing lessons and they love it. The instructors are really nice and it's become their new favorite hobby (I gag, but it really is cute).
Lessons are reasonably priced (drop-ins) and they offer gift certificates if you want to give lessons as a gift. They also offer dances every now and then. There's a Nutcracker holiday performance they do every year and the instructor invites certain students to perform. This year, my parents got invited -- hence my recent "check-in."
Nice facilities (three large rooms with hardwood floors) and a nice staff! -

Two Left Feet is actually world famous for it's West Coast Swing. If there is a big event in town, dancers from Europe, Australia, etc can often be found there on Friday nights. Both my kids learned to dance there. The classes are friendly and relaxed and fun. All ages go there to dance from 8 to 80... it's definitely a family oriented place... all levels all ages. People went out of their way to make me feel welcome when I started dancing.

The ultimate West Coast Swing venue in California (in my opinion) on Friday nights, I would go so far as to say it's one of the best venues in the country (of all of the places that I've visited). They have dance lessons all through the week, and regular weekend dances, including a regular Country night for the Two-Steppers.
The level of talent you will encounter on any given Friday night ranges from beginner to advanced to all-stars to champions. The level of dancing is great, and it's non-stop from 9pm until 1am??? (Well, unless there is a birthday dance, when everyone stops to sing Happy Birthday, but there's still open dancing on the back floor.
Note that it's mostly West Coast Swing on Fridays, but they mix in the occasional Salsa, Country Two-Step, Night Club Two-Step. (Often, the West Coast Swing songs lend themselves to other dances, too, like Hustle, Cha Cha, etc.)
The place is huge, as they've added a new section in the back area.
Two Left Feet is easy to get to: it's just 4 blocks off the 680 freeway in Danville, CA.
Well worth a visit if you like West Coast Swing!!! -

You absolutely cannot possibly beat Friday night West Coast Swing Dancing at Two Left Feet! The people here are by far the sweetest and kindest you will ever meet. Everyone is approachable. This is a fantastic place to come no matter what your skill level is. If you're a beginner, the more advanced dancers will be extremely patient with you and are often willing to work with you on technique or perfecting a step you're having trouble with. If you're an advanced dancer, you're probably coming here already and know that the top WCS dancers in the Bay Area frequent Two Left Feet every Friday.
The music is a great mix, with a ton of faster, more modern songs. They throw in a few two steps and the occasional foxtrot or tango every now and then to shake things up.
Bottom line? Get your butt out to Danville for the absolute best social dancing the Bay Area has to offer! -

This is a great place to come to dance if you are really interested in dancing with a partner. Its not like a bar and pick up place. Lessons are given in West Coast Swing and other Ballroom dances. No partner needed, as you will rotate partners anyhow. Its good to dance with other people so you see what it feels like. I have it easy, all I gotta do is follow...well, sometimes that's a little hard if the guy can't lead too well. I used to come here when they were on teaching Counrty 2 step and some line dances. I think I was the youngest in the class back then. Come for a good lesson and don't give up. If you know how to dance already, its a great place. Guy's, the ladies usually never say no to a dance here...just keep your dance frame and no leading by the neck...some cowboy bars here in Reno are like that!

OKAY WOW!! SERIOUSLY SOME OF THE BEST WEST COAST / BALLROOM DANCERS IN THE WORLD DANCE HERE!!
I danced Lindy / ballet for too long and suck at West Coast Swing... but still venture out to this place a couple of time a year (even though I live in NY these days). Every time I come back it's the same warm friendly smiles that make you feel right at home. The Dancers are amazing!
This place is typically considered to be "the" place to go for West Coast Swing Dancing in the ENTIRE BAY AREA!! Dancers of all levels dance here and gladly intermix between all skill levels (just remember if you are new don't rip her arm off you might scare her away).

VERY INEXPENSIVE GROUP LESSONS! REASONABLE PRIVATE LESSONS!
Look if you're a guy looking for a new hobby this is something you do not need to bring a girl to come with you to learn how to dance. It's social dancing! Everyone is pretty friendly.
You can be 10-70 and dance with women of all ages! It's fun and exciting and it's not a pick up joint or something weird that will make you extremely uncomfortable -- at some point they were all beginners too!
West Coast Lessons here are great and many of the dancers travel across the United States to dance. Some even around the world! It's one big happy family.
The owners of this studio are super sweet and will make sure that you feel welcome. Cmon' Try something different!!

Strong Suggestions: Remember it's a small community don't come in to it hitting on every man or woman in site. Come to be social, learn something new, and most of all come to have fun!
If you're getting married they have wonderful lessons for wedding dances. It would be a wonderful thing to share together and a fun team building experience :o) That's right you're going to be a team soon!! Check out the website if you want more information.
AND NO THEY DIDN'T PAY ME TO WRITE THIS OR COMP ME TO PUT THIS YELP REVIEW HERE. YOU CAN'T BRIBE ME. IT'S AN AMAAAZING PLACE TO DANCE! -

I took swing dance lessons here with a friend a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. I thought I was lucky enough to go in having a partner with a lot of experience.....in the end it didn't matter because you cycle through several different partners during the night (not as akward as it sounds). The instructors were very nice and patient but definitely did not tolerate anyone being shy about dancing in front of everyone else! Basically it was a really fun experience and I'd love to do it again.

We went there to practice for our wedding dance about a month ago. If you want to book private lessons, call a few months ahead for a June/July wedding because they get really busy. We were only able to get in one session. It was good fun and our instructor was Stephanie. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to practice in large front room in front of a lot of people, so that was kinda embarrassing! Overall, nice place to go for private lessons.

I love Two Left Feet! The instructors are great, friendly and very hands-on even in large groups in some of the beginning classes. They have some special events which I haven't had the pleasure of attending, but can only guess by their attendance, that they are wonderful too. The price per class is reasonable ($12, I think?) because you get plenty of instruction and then hours of dance floor time AFTER the class to try the moves you learned and watch more experienced dancers. Great venue with several rooms (maximizing the number of classes held) and fantastic music! :)

We took private lessons here for preparation of our wedding. This was few years back and I forgot the lady's name. Kudos to her, she actually taught my husband how to dance. She was very patient, nice and friendly. We had a great time learning from a great dance teacher.

I really enjoyed the drop in Line Dance class last night.
Nice, roomy place. Friendly, patient teachers. Parking was easy. The price was right - $8 for an hour+.
It was my first time. I'll go back! -

What a great and wonderful place to dance. I love going every Friday night and seeing the "regulars". You never sit down once you enter the door.
