5 reviews for Twin Pines Park
I love Twin Pines Park. It was the location of my Kindergarten, and 5th grade graduations. A Belmont staple.

This park is less than a block from my house. It's great! My dogs love walking there because there are usually a few other dogs we run into. I love walking there because it's nice and quiet and I love the smell of eucalyptus! The picnic areas are really awesome. I know the area over the bridge is an area that you can reserve for large parties. I'm really looking forward to some warmer days so that I can test out the BBQs and maybe hear a concert in the amphitheater over there too!

This is a nice forest-like park in a semi-urban setting. With two main picnic areas, with modern, comprehensive play structures at each, this park has something for everyone. I like how each picnic table has a bbq, and in the second picnic/play area, across the bridge, the picnic areas are very spread out with a forest of eucalyptus trees around. There are trails that run through the park connecting the different picnic areas and to different streets. It is by far one of my favorite parks found within a city.

A lovely, intimate park located in a ravine alongside Ralston Ave north of El Camino in hilly Belmont. The park follows a babbling brook and includes lots of picnic areas and shady places to rest. One of my favorite small parks for a walk in the Bay Area. Plenty of parking off Ralston near the Wells-Fargo and near the Police Dept.

Twin Pines Park is an intimate, serene setting complete with picnic tables, barbecues, two playgrounds (the larger of the two in front and the smaller one in the back,); both perfect for kids of all ages, and another picnic area with barbecues in a more secluded area of the park. There is nothing alike being surrounded by eucalyptus trees and the smell of eucalyptus itself. The area in front is where mostly where everyone gathers. However, the back area, is a place where public and private use takes place; perfect for events such as private gatherings and holiday parities and birthday parties. It is cool to look at the lake below and to hike in the more mountainous area of the park. I have not been there in years, but hopefully, they have cleaned up or fixed the restrooms as they tended to be dirty (nevertheless usable.) Oh,! I forgot to mention the lawn and patio outside of the senior center or the meeting hall which can be used for parties of all kind. We have had friends' weddings and daycare holiday parties there when I was a kid. The area outside is perfect with a huge lawn and plenty of benches, including bleachers to sit and eat or just take in warm Belmont sun. This is also used for the annual Belmont Art and Wine Festival. The park is well maintained and will definitely be there for years to come. Keep up the good work City of Belmont.!
