The absolute best cosmopolitans in B-more!!! Great happy hour with buy one drink and get one free. The lemon drops are also superb. You can order off the Brass Elephant menu for munchies - loved the calamari and the tenderloin appetizers. Has comfy chairs around the edges of the bar and an attached dining room with tables which is also happy hour friendly, so it is more comfortable than many other places where you must stand at the bar to get the HH specials.
