Anything, and I mean any other Coffee establishment is better than or preferrable to Star****!
But, Tully's was especially GOOD!
Iced Mocha (*****) - Mmmm, Mmmm good!
Iced Latte (*****) - Kathy's (my daughter) Coffee. She likes anything, including Star****!
What was cool in this Tully's (don't know if this is the only one, and don't know if all Coffee places has this in Southern California...) was a Traffic Board showing the congestion of all area Freeways... this was real cool to look at! So.. you could sip on Coffee until your Freeway route clears! -

Tully's is superior to Starbucks in every way. I went in here looking for an alternative to the sugary sickness of Starbucks on a rainy Saturday, and their employees agreed that the S*bucks sucks majorly. I asked what their favorite drink was, and both employees agreed that they liked the Pumpkin Spice Latte. $3.95 for a Grande.
It was so good! It tasted like I was drinking a latte with some spicy pumpkin flavor, not drinking a PUMPKIN PIE with whipped cream on top. I could still taste the espresso in it. Yum, perfect. I like my lattes a little more bitter than sweet, and this had the perfect balance. It was FLAVORFUL not SUGARY. Tully's is greater than Starbucks.
I will definitely, definitely be back here!
Why are there not more Tully's locations in California?! -

Good location. I love coming here and seeing familiar faces... from the staff to my coworkers who frequent here... to people I see working around the area looking for a quick coffee fix.
You MUST try this... I call it the "Summer Time Special" - soy iced venti chai with coconut. You won't regret it... thank me later! -
