I always tell people about this store when home decor shopping comes up. This one is really small but you can still find really good deals on nice stuff. I've bought the most random stuff from this place. Vases, blankets, knives, etc. etc. etc.
FYI, if you're in the roseville area, there is a HUGE one up there.
Tuesday Morning's website is a joke. You can't shop online and you have to call in to see if they have something available. I called the 7 shops in my area and all of the salespeople were rude and unorganized. I gave them all the information they needed. SKU number, color, size, description. They claimed they were unable to look it up on their computers as they did not have the capability. WTF? Useless, pointless, and a waste of time.
I found a stately portrait of what I believe is a Shar Pei wearing a French Napoleonic Baron's outfit here. They also had a Fox Terrier in a Parisian dandy outfit.
Good classy finds to add to the decor of my crib. Specifically, the bathroom.
What is this place??? They have stuff like that, toys, dishes, frames, small appliances, lamps, all at pretty low prices? Then I FINALLY got he Tuesday Morning thing too. I went in Sunday afternoon and they had racks covered to go on sale Tuesday morning. Ah, doooii. I not too smart. But now I get it.
This location is "small" but its always nice to walk in and browse.
It's fun browsing through the stuff. Sometimes I find nice things. Recently I bought a dog leash and collar holder. Its in the shape of a lab with 2 hooks on the bottom. Its cute and it was only $7.99, but the sad thing was that the box was all beatin' up (all the boxes actually). If this was a gift for someone... not a good idea if the box was messed up.
One thing that I don't like about this place is... they close early! 7pm.
