JW, they do advertise specific products at specific prices. I get their mail and email circulars. I feel it's misleading if the stores don't actually have what they say they do. And as you say, if a lot of customers are unhappy ("out of towners" or not) to me that suggests a customer service disconnect.

I went on a shopping spree at Home Goods right in the same shopping center. I didn't find everything I wanted so in remembrance of yes, Toni M.'s, review of her Tuesday Morning I thought what the hell I'll go see if I can find anything that will work.
I am so confused by this store. Home Goods blows this place out of the water. The prices are incredibly higher than Home Goods and what they sell does not make any sense. Their is no rhyme or reason as to why or what their selling. Its like a mix of Home Goods and Bed Bath and Beyond.
Why there needs to be a store somewhere in between is Beyond me.
This location is cleaner and more organized than previous Tuesday Mornings I have been to but still I wouldn't go out of my way to look for something here.
A lot of people come into this store thinking there are things "advertised" and such. It's more of a store to just nicely browse in for nothing in particular.
A lot of out of towners come in and make a big deal about stupid things and get in the employee's faces, and I feel really bad for these middle aged women who have to deal with it!
I am a big fan of Tuesday Morning and I don't care which location it is. This is one of the largest Tuesday Monring. It used to be larger, but they shrunk in size because they needed more room for storage. You can find all kinds of neat items that you can't find at Ross or Marshall's. Tuesday Morning is a little more expensive but it's because they carry high end merchandise.
