Kind of a repeat of Dale's review.
We split a 1.5 lbs of Alaska King Crab. Split-claws. Pulled right out of the shell as it should. Bit pricey at $60 for the split-plate (they didn't charge extra, but the drinks are reasonably priced ($3.50 domestic pint draft and $6 house wine).
As good a crab as I've had in Seattle.
Nice atmosphere (requisite piano player).
Well dressed service staff.
Not really a destination location, but fine dining for the area.
We arrived 5-minutes before a 10pm closing on Sunday and they were very accomodating and did not rush us.

Best King Crab Legs.
I've had king crab at other seafood restaraunts. Joe Crab Shack was pretty bad, Papadeaux is good, but Truluck's is delicious and they split the legs for you so you don't have to get totally messy trying to eat it. That's important when you're at a place as nice as Truluck's.
The Creme Brulee was fantastic. But maybe it was just the fact that they have it.
I was flattered when the gentleman offered to check my coat (i was wearing a suit) at the door. But there was a ring in it, that I couldn't give up. They were nice enough to let me hold on to it so I could propose to my girlfriend. The waitress (Sarah i think?) was very nice, but said that she was upset she didn't know i was going to propose because she wanted to watch. Oh well, maybe next time *wink*. They didn't give us a free dessert though. I suppose they think birthdays are more important.

My boyfriend and I went here on a whim, as part of his Christmas present to me.
They have a great selection of wine, in my opinion.
The food and service were outstanding. I had the Thai scallops dish. AMAZING. My boyfriend chose a crab legs dish and couldn't finish it.
I didn't give this five stars because I felt that the prices were a little much. The restaurant was definitely classy and the food rocked...but nothing's perfect :)

Upscale seafood place right off the Tollway and Beltline. I went here for lunch and had the Jalapeno Salmon. While I wish it had a bit more Jalapeno flavor it did at least have Jalapeno in it. They bring out large decanters of water which I think they purify themselves.. at least that's what it says on the bottle and serve fresh baked bread in two flavors which is pretty tasty.
Most plates cost over $20 per and consist of an ample portion of the fish you ordered and mashed potatoes... and that's it. If you get soup they bring out a bowl for you with some ingredients in it then pour in the soup. The wedge salad did look really good as well.
I'll save this place for when my overly conservative relatives visit!

I agree with Ted on the dinero you have to shill out at this place. $44 for a peppercorn coated NY strip seems criminal, but you can not fault this place for how well they appreciate wine.
You can get wine flights in all varietals, even sparkling wines, Cavas, Proseccos & Champagnes.
I have been blown away by their fare in Austin, yet this time around, they never really left the launch pad. The service was exquisite to lacking. Some dishes were never brought out, some were delectable, others to be honest- bland.
Every concern was remedied however and taken off the bill. You really can't beat that in this day and age, and especially in this city that tries too hard to be Melrose Place.

Very good food. A little pricey for the pork chop. A good place to try new things.
