True Stone is phenomenal. Felicity and the gang assisted us in a remodel of two kitchens. Our downstairs tenant's kitchen needed a soft remodel, so just a new counter top. The upstairs was a full remodel.
Our downstairs kitchen was a cute throw-back to the 1940s with a need for a new counter. Felicity walked us through all our options for a rental unit and highly recommended the durable Silestone. To keep the retro feel, they even duplicated the original curve to perfection.
Our upstairs was a full remodel. The result is just amazing and the process was smooth. We love love our CeasarStone Lagos Blue. I can't even tell you how many compliments we get on our counters. True Stone along with Timeless Kitchen's walked us through the whole process. They were uber patient as we changed our minds about the stone and delayed our order. They even came over late on a Friday night to finish an install. Now I call that customer service! The install was impeccable. Our contractor said normally he is on-site during an install to ensure quality, but he said when it's True Stone he trusts them completely to do the job right even when he is not around. -

We had True Stone do the counters for our Kitchen remodel. They are extremely professional and did a great job. Andrew was a true craftsman. Their template system made everything fit perfectly, and what few corrections I had (such as a plywood divider for the dishwasher cabinet that was out of level), Andrew agreed to fix immediately and remedied. Andrew even cut the scrap material into a surface plate for our washer and dryer that finished another of the major projects I had on my remodel list. Anyone who can explain why they like Torx drive deck screws better than square drive (forget about Phillips) definitely has been through a lot of installations. I would hire them again in a second.

I am a general contractor who has been totally blown away by True Stone!
From the first day when Andrew came to take my measurements making a complete template of each of the counters. I have been impressed!
The installation was delivered on time and the quality of their work is impeccable. I am very fussy!
I am even more impressed by the after service they have given...
I made a mistake in the number of holes for the sink spout they came back the next day and drilled another hole at no charge. They then again came back another time to fix a chip on the edge of the sink at no charge.
On top of this, they also recommended Kiwi plumbing who were also great.
I will use them again when ever I need a first rate stonework. I give them the highest recommendation! -

True Stone has been incredible with fabricating and installing our Ice Stone kitchen counter tops - with water fall effect - AMAZING, as well as bathroom vanity and two fantastic window sills in our kitchen bay window and bathroom bay window. Ice Stone is a very beautiful but sensitive stone made off all recycled glass and is considered "GREEN" cradle to cradle. True Stone from the start had a very reasonable bid and the friendly demeanor was prominent. The customer service is so good, and we had a great rapport with everyone involved in the process! Thank you!!

True Stone went out of their way to back up their work for me. Of all of the companies I dealt with in trying to get two chips on my new counter repaired, True Stone treated me not just like a human being but like royalty. As the fabricator they did not seek to blame the contractor or the manufacturer. Even though they said it was not their responsibility they agreed to send out a worker to fix the chips and waived the usual $180.00 fee. I was so happy with their response and attitude that I voluntarily gave them a check for $90.00! It's very seldom that you find a business like True Stone.

Andrew and his team are great to work with. True Stone has worked in most of the rooms in our house over the last 10 years. Years later the granite, limestone and marble work they have done looks great. It stands the test of time.

I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go with True Stone. It was a huge and very costly mistake for me. I have been redoing 2 of my bathrooms and dealing with True Stone was the worst part of the entire process.
First, they have 4 people touch your account so no one is really accountable. Dorothy, Felicity, Gabe and the Installer. 4 people for one countertop! Hence, it is easy for no one to know what was going on. And as a result, I paid because they made a huge error and denied any responsibility.
I had requested a certain edge and the edge was drawn on the plans. The edge installed was totally different and didn't match the design of my bathroom. I asked True Stone to fax the documentation of our design and someone had crossed out the edge that I wanted. I had never changed the edge that I wanted. There is no documentation from me changing the edge detail (and I had other changes documented) so I have the wrong edge on my counter.
Basically, Dorothy thought it was funny and laughed. Felicity sent me documents but never talked to me live. Gabe scheduled a meeting (after multiple requests) and the owner met with me and said "tough luck there is nothing we can do" - no responsibility whatsoever from anyone
Do yourself a favor - don't use True Stone. Installing stone is very expensive and time consuming to have people blow you off and not tell you why they did it wrong. I could go to small claims court and I am definitely considering it -

As a designer in San Francisco I have used many stone fabricators but Truestone is by far the BEST. Their customer sevice, lead time, pricing, follow through and most of all finished product is exceptional! I rarely write reviews but I can stand behind this company 100% .

You are in capable hands with TrueStone. Spending good money on a slab then handing it over to be cut and drilled felt like a pretty big deal the first time, yet there was not a single worry.
It was really fun to go to the shop and work with Erin in figuring out how most strategically/artfully to work with the natural features of the stone. Other staff (Dorothy, Gabriel, and Andrew) are also a real pleasure to interact with: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the owner, Felicity, is a delight and involved rather than removed from operations. The installers were ever so smooth (and, I might add, strong in wielding those pieces!).
I've had 2 highly satisfactory projects - start to finish - done with TrueStone and look forward to another whenever that may be! I'm thinking the fireplace mantel.... -

True Stone is great! They did a beautiful job with the granite countertops in our kitchen. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, on time and on budget start to finish. Our contractor enjoyed working with True Stone's installation team too. They're experts at their craft and very nice. We discovered that an additional hole was needed in the stone for the faucet lever behind the sink the day after the countertops were installed. This was our mistake but they made an extra trip to the house and fixed everything to a T. Bravo True Stone!

I am an anal retentive, detail-obsessed engineer, and was very particular about my constraints on a fireplace remodel: a floor that was significantly not level, firebox that was level, the need for the sides of the surround to be plumb despite the floor not being level, and a need to elevate the hearth so a new engineered hardwood floor could slide underneath. This meant fabricating a surround that was significantly off rectangular so everything would have the illusion of being square, plumb, and level.
These guys are the best. Dorothy did several quotes for me as specs and material choice changed. Tear down, templating, fabrication and installation (a day ahead of schedule!) were done with the utmost care, taking time to understand my needs. Andrew and Mario spent extra time on the jobsite for templating and for installation to make sure I was satisfied. Erin was a wizard at finding the small imperfections in my slab and making the best use of the material. She took the time to explain all the manufacturing steps and why certain parts of the stone should, for example, not have an edge exposed.
I'm a pretty tough customer because of my fixation on detail, and I was completely satisfied. I will come to them again for my next job, and recommend them without reservations. -

A fine crew - very knowledgable and professional. They were able to design a bar for a client of ours that was something an engineer would have designed. Their cesarstone installation was fabulous and their mitered edges look seamless. On top of all that, they met my impossible scheduling needs with ease!

True Stone had the experience, knowledge, and ability to communicate in a timely manner with our kitchen and (two) bathroom project.
A Remarkable Team!! Dorothy was our friendly, knowledgeable estimator and communicator with stone supplier to purchase the granite. Felicity coordinated our project and communicated every detail,we worked on line from signing the contract, to scheduling the work, she was always on the ball. Erin with a natural eye with design did the layout , and is experienced with materials and following up. Joaquin and Mario did a clean tile kitchen tear out and template in a day, and that was a blessing! With assistants from Antonio and Gabriel,Joaquin and Mario came as scheduled with the new granite counter top!... measured and measured, prepared sink hole cutouts, sealed and ended with a beautiful precise granite kitchen counter installation! Beautiful fabrication with o gee edge and counter curves with granite cut to extend into a 5 ft garden window.!!!
Erin, Andrew, and Gabriel did a fabulous job on the bathroom counters project. The marble counters and back splash also has an o gee edge and soft corners.
If you need help or have a question you can count on anyone from their team. They were always there to help!
Felicity recommended,and made arrangements with a Tile Master, Martin Brooks. His team came in after True Stone was finished and installed a beautiful glass tile back splash. Martin and Gabriel are very knowledgeable, experienced and communicated with me ,as well.
True Stone also has a fantastic web site with very up to date information and their portfolio.
A Job Well Done!!!! I want to let others know that True Stone has the expertise to do top quality work, great price range, and will work together with you to do their Very Best! -

I was introduced to True Stone when I purchased kitchen cabinets downstairs at Timeless Kitchens - they came down to look at what I was doing, make suggestions, and then deal with my mercurial personality as we went through the process. Felicity and Erin were incredibly helpful, efficient, and customer-service oriented. When the installers came to install the stone, my contractor was amazed at their expertise and efficiency. A 5 star operation all around. I was so impressed I am using them next for a laundry area installation.

We added a 3rd level to our home , the entire construction project was a stressfull event until we dealt with Truestone. What a great company to deal with from beginning to end! They do beautiful work and help you get the most use out of the slab. They are expensive but worth every dollar spent with them. After Truestone had installed our marble we had an accident in the bathroom. One of the new medicine cabinets fell off the wall (wasn't installed properly by our contractor) the door to the cabinet damaged the marble in 4 places taking some chucks out of this beautiful marble. Also a marble floor tile was damaged in this accident. Truestone came back to our home and was able to repair the damaged marble by 95%. Only my husband and myself know where the damage was originally done. We highly recommend Truestone!

These folks are outstanding! The two individuals we worked with (Felicity and Erin) were very knowledgeable and patient. They made the process of taking large slabs of granite into kitchen counters and table tops very easy. I think the pricing at True Stone is very fair. They aren't cheap, but for the quality of their work, I think they are a very good value. Everything was done on schedule. The installation team did excellent work, and we are very happy with the end result. I recommend True Stone very highly.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to let everyone know how great this company is. My granite and marble countertops are amazingly beautiful. I have no seams anywhere! The edge detail is great. They were timely, efficient and very professional with their installation. The fabrication was amazing. Truly True Stone lives by a standard that all companies should strive for. We have recently remodeled an entire house with a huge island that took four people to bring inside. They did it without a problem. It was a hoot laying out the template with Erin. The entire staff made me feel like they really cared about my project and me. Trust me........you won't regret making that call to True Stone.
