True is a prix fixe Organic restaurant at the Admiral Fell INN in Fell's Point.   The atmosphere is rustic but this is fine dining. My first three courses were fantastic - nothing remarkably new, but it was done well. The dessert, however,  was very mediocre. If I go there again, I'll probably just buy three courses and skip dessert. But they did have a great wine selection and the service was great.
