I had Chris pick up some furniture for me at Ikea and take it to my apartment.
First and foremost, I really felt like I was getting a very personalized service. He answers e-mails and calls very quickly, and is very helpful. He was on time, and very quick and efficient and what he did. He also knows exactly what he's doing and has exactly what he needs for it.
Oh, and his pricing is pretty damn good too.
Though my service was just picking up furniture, he has a pickup truck and a trailer, and can really do any small move, pickup, or basically anything that's a little too big for a car but too small for the hassle of getting a U-Haul.
All-in-all, a great experience.
